Pros

Actually, is not the program but the CUSTOMER SERVICE that they have. They are super polite, nice and willing to help.
This software is very good, it is very customizable, and has the ability of being on the go. It can be a little robust while setting up but after all the information is ready in the system.
Could be more friendly and a better design...at the end this does not matter as what we want is the result.

Pros

Very easy to navigate, tech support is very quick to help and get any issues resolved quickly. Easy to incorporate bar code later on if you choose to use bar coding to help with tracking.
Easy to use, user friendly, convenient software with good prices.
It is very user friendly and easy to learn. You can customize the features based on your unique needs.

Cons

System occasionally duplicates order #s causing billing problems. Customer service, although helpful have been unable to rectify problem.
There is no big issue for me regarding Ecount. At first, i get a little confused about some of its modules but had familiarized this as I continuously using it.
Therefore we do not use it. CRM features are poor, we do not use it either.

Cons

Upon attempting to cancel or services, we have been subsequently ignored. We have been trying to cancel or services with them for over 3 months now).
Its own reports will not balance to its exports, items will come up missing. Importing data is near useless.
User should be very disciplined in entering the data and avoid mistakes.
