Pros

We love the ability to download the log of visitors and this helps with our PCI compliance.
The ease of getting people signed in really helps in creating a better flow for the day. It is also easy to capture all of the encounters for the day.
I started looking for automated solutions and I found Envoy. The software is very user friendly and it has been a great kaizen to the office team.

Pros

Its easy to use and understand, doesn't take long to load and is very satisfied, Used Mailform to send some tax documents. Great design, reliable service, and I didn't even need an account.
I think it is very friendly user, with good categories that speed up the searching process and quickly give a overall view of software solution in order to create a comparisson.
I was really glad to be able to send post cards and letters while abroad. I had a great experience.

Cons

I've heard people having trouble downloading the app on their phone, however, that's the only negative feedback I've heard and it wasn't a personal experience.
That has been the most confusing to many Executives , Managers, etc.
The main "problem" is that we don't use the app to its full potential, but the parts we don't use are not necessary for our business.

Cons

I would hate to give a negative review over a product that I am unsure of ever using. I mean I probably did use it because in this day and age computers know more about us than we do.
Mailform.io did ultimately refund me for this mistake, but it was disappointing I couldn't trust that the document would make it as needed.
Nothing in particular, sometimes, it seems to be lagging. One time, I believed the recipient received a document too late.
