Pros

We love the ability to download the log of visitors and this helps with our PCI compliance.
The ease of getting people signed in really helps in creating a better flow for the day. It is also easy to capture all of the encounters for the day.
I started looking for automated solutions and I found Envoy. The software is very user friendly and it has been a great kaizen to the office team.

Pros

From my end, all of the residents are already in the system, so I love that it is as simple as typing in a name and scanning and its good to go. Very pleased with the easy system.
Love the ease of communicating with either 1 resident, 1 building or the full community. The templets are amazing, very detailed and rarely need edits.
I like how easy the software is to use and how quick it is to check packages in and out. I also love that it sends auto notifications once packages are checked in.

Cons

I've heard people having trouble downloading the app on their phone, however, that's the only negative feedback I've heard and it wasn't a personal experience.
That has been the most confusing to many Executives , Managers, etc.
The main "problem" is that we don't use the app to its full potential, but the parts we don't use are not necessary for our business.

Cons

When we were unable to get it fixed same day, we were still able to manually enter participants so that there was no delay in mail notification.
Sometimes the program freezes when trying to scan in the tracking number but it may be a device error and not a system error.
This is irritating because it keeps happening even though sometimes I will close out the app and start over.

Easy to track who is onsite at all times.

Pros

Being able to invite visitors ahead of time to keep up who is planning a visit and to see who is onsite at different times of the day.

Cons

Having to verify my email on each devise I set up either email, phone, tablet, etc. Not a big deal just takes more time. Seems that if you verify once that should be enough.

Pros

The ease of students signing in and out.

Cons

I would like to be able to sort by department within the program. Currently I have to download and open the sheet to sort by department.

Easy to order and easy to setup; excellent product support when we had any questions and they listened to our suggestions for additional features.

Pros

Easy to understand how it works and the statistics it keeps. Great integration with the Envoy App for ease of registration by repeat visitors.

Cons

Lack of interface with PowerSchool to automatically transfer student and staff logout/login information, to integrate with absentees data to keep track of students and staff who temporarily leave campus.

I really like the export function, it allows my business to track incoming clients into our studio.

Cons

I'd like to see the web-based mobile feature improve. I am not able to scan the entire check in screen without exporting the entire list.

I don't like that I can only set one automatic sign out time. we have two groups would love the option to set multiple sign outs.

Easily keep track of the visitors in our building. We use this information to comply with the standards in our industry.

Pros

The dashboard is really easy to navigate. It did not take long to set up the software or to train our admin staff how to use it.

Cons

The feature to sign someone in from the dashboard is one that, in my opinion, should come with the basic/standard package...it seems like a pretty basic feature.

Helps save time and makes our job easier. Helps with security concerns and keeping track of who comes into the building.

Pros

That's its a simple smooth check in process. The software is very efficient and effective which is very helpful.

Cons

The "Been here before" Icon at the bottom of the page. I think it should be bigger since a lot of guests miss this part. So I shadow and make sure to ask if they have been here before or would they need to register their info.

Useful but still needs better implementation

Overall it is very valuable to us to monitor guests and have our NDA signed upon entry. It would benefit from a tighter integration with google suite and hopefully this will happen.

Pros

It is very valuable to be able to track guests, staff, and maintain a smooth front desk entry procedure.

Cons

It would be great if there was better implementation with google suite. In its current state, Envoy is an extra step past creating a calendar invite and it has been challenging to get staff to fully use and adopt the software.

Envoy allows us to keep track of who is visiting our offices and works particularly well for the social events and tech meet ups that we host in our offices.

Pros

The interface design and user experience is by far the best on the market. All of the core functionality is exactly what we require and there are new features being added all the time.

Cons

Our management team had negative feedback about the monthly cost and this was very nearly the reason why we didn't proceed with signing on.

This helps us easily track who has visited, how many people have visited and how long they have stayed for. It has been a great product to use so far.

Pros

Easily signs in guests and creates a nametag for them. It also allows us to have guests sign any waivers or forms. It even has Slack integration to let us know when a guest has arrived.

Cons

Sometimes it has had connection issues with the printer but this has gotten a lot better the past few months.

We've been using this app for about a year and then our ipad has been stolen. I liked that we had an opportunity to keep track of our visitors.

Cons

I don't think it's been used very often. We get a lot of deliveries in the office and the couriers usually are in rush and they don't have time to indicate their full name, email, and company in order get in. So most of the time they just knocked on the door instead of using our Envoy App

Working in a company that basically requires every and all visitor to sign in, we needed something easy to track and utilize and Envoy covered all of our needs

Cons

We have noticed that Envoy is a bit pricier than some other plans we reviewed while making the decision which software to go with and what features they came with

We can now track all visitors that come to the office. It is truly great with the built in NDA feature. We no longer have to have printed copies in the reception.

Pros

The user experience is unparalleled. It instantly gives out a sleek professional impression on all guests that visit our office.

Cons

The price is quite hefty. Would be great with more automisation features.

Overall, I am very happy with this product. Visitors seem to like it, as well.

Pros

-Easy to enter visitors, send invites, and keep track of which visitors are still on the premises. -Invites include map/directions to your location. -Text/email notifications are very convenient for busy workplaces.

Cons

-Badge printer freezes sometimes. Tech support has been friendly, but not helpful, on this issue. -Could be too expensive for smaller companies.

This product allows us to track student usage of our organization. We are able to generate reports and perform statistical analysis in conjunction with the data we are able to export from this software.

Cons

Although customizing the questions is relatively easy, the systems' inability to easily rearrange preexisting answers in different orders without deleting and recreating them does prove to be frustrating at times.

Great experience so far

Pros

Envoy is easy to use amd us allowed us to mange a safe return to our office during Covid. We’ve been able to track attendance and limit numbers to ensure social distancing requirements are met.

I used this a few years ago and it is a very powerful tool to track visitors and even any packages that you might be expecting to be delivered. The application is again very simple and easy to install

Pros

Very easy to track who is going into the office, manage visitors (back when we used to have them), and make sure we are not over-crowding the office during a dangerous time. It takes less than 30 seconds to make yourself as present and attending, and is easy to understand.

Cons

I honestly think it should take fewer clicks to access the platform. My company has a number of different offices, and envoy really should remember which office it is that I keep logging into.

Valuable for tracking visitors

I like that it keeps track of visitors and contact information. We can easily identify who has been here and follow up with them. It has cut back on making copies of forms, scanning, and filing. Also, it is nice not having to ask visitors to sign them. It has helped with COVID screening.

Pros

It is very user friendly. Easy to generate reports for specific details. It makes our office have a tech forward presence. I like that I can add or remove legal documents, which also cuts down on paperwork and having to constantly ask visitors to sign forms. It also has the great feature of remembering returning visitors.

Cons

The printer and Ipad are constantly going off line at one of our locations. Not sure what the problem is with that feature.

If your company has a front desk, then this is something you need! Envoy is a great tool that helps keep track of all the guests that enters & exits into the establishment. It also sends an alert to the to the personnel that is expecting the guest's arrival. It's easy to set up and very efficient! Highly recommended.

Looks professional and performs the functions we want it to do.

Pros

It looks professional and provides reporting so that we can always track who comes in and out of our facility. It's also pretty user friendly, so we rarely have issues with visitors being able to sign in. Our employees appreciate being able to receive both email and text notifications when a visitor has signed in.

Cons

It is pricey. We still find it worth having, but I had to make an argument for it in our budget. I wish the appearance was a bit more easy to customize. Sometimes there are hiccups and notifications don't send, but they typically get fixed very quickly.
