Having a contract with Equips has allowed us to have a better idea about our costs over the contract. It is a very straight forward and transparent company and they have allowed us to focus on our end customer instead of a piece of equipment.
The best thing about this software is that it is easy for frontline team members to use and dispatch support for their equipment. They are able to dispatch a technician quickly and efficiently. Billing is also streamlined. Customer service is also great.
Sometimes adding a new user has been clunky. I lost some functionality, but customer service fixed my issue immediately.

One place for all service calls to be placed is very helpful. The Equips team in all parts are all very friendly, communicate so well, and just always make every effort to make our company #1. Nothing is too small or hard for them to help us with.
The step by step putting in a service call and how easy it is. All our branches use it and it is simple for them to understand without much training.
I don't have any cons at this time. When things come up I feel they always get addressed to where I have any cons.

The equips software is easy to use and helps us manage our equipment and service tickets, while being reasonably priced.
The invoicing from 3rd party vendors is annoying and occasionally confusing. We never went through this at first with Cummins Allison units, but once we added Ricoh printers we now get service tickets, invoices, and unpaid balance statements from Ricoh. I've tried explaining to staff at Equips but it seems to go on deaf ears or like I'm bothering them, so I just leave it alone and have not added anymore equipment yet until that gets resolved. Even now, I'm still dusputing invoices and statements with Ricoh through service calls placed via Equips platform.

Good. It's easy to use and our Rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has always been super easy to work with, No matter how many dumb questions we have ... ;)
The software is pretty straightforward and easy to use. buttons are big enough to easily find and its simple. (Not overcomplicated like some other software applications)
I wish the equipment list columns fit on one page. I don't like that I have to scroll right to see everything (or I don't realize that the view is customizable, and I could change it)

I like that all of our equipment is streamlined and listed by location. When needing to place a service call, it makes it so easy to find the appropriate location then choose the equipment and follow the prompts to complete the service request
Honestly, I really haven't come across any cons to the software. There are many options on it that I have not even utilized yet.

love it - support is great, response times are fast and management is great. One thing I would suggest if checking with other ATM vendors on availability if there are delays in getting techs on site
super easy to use, support staff is great
can sometimes have too much info listed for a simlpe request - sometimes is wordy and confuses our frontline

Working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been wonderful!!! We have check-ins about every 6-8 weeks, and she answers all of our questions and is so helpful. She is an asset to the Equips team!
It is very easy to use and user friendly. It's not hard to navigate and easy to figure out. There is not a lot of "fluff" getting in the way. Very straight forward.
I don't like that the PM section isn't utilized. I understand that a lot of vendors do their PMs as filler work but we turn away most vendors when they just show up with no communication. From a branch security standpoint, we are not going to let someone work on our equipment if we don't know they are coming. It would be nice to even have noted that PM will be done within the next xxxx months. Once they come, we could then update that date or mark that it has been completed.

Centralizing all our Equipment Maintenance and Service calls is the biggest benefit. If something needs attention, we go straight to Equips, instead of trying to track down service providers for each piece of equipment. Also Centralized Billing is good--no possibility of lapses in coverage. Equips has been a godsend to us, taking care of an important piece of our business with no attention required by us. Other than logging into the site and telling them what we need.
We have successfully used Equips for our Equipment Maintenance for several years. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. They make everything totally effortless for us. They are excellent at responding quickly and effectively.
Can't think of any "cons." I am a real Luddite at heart, and if I can handle their software interface, anyone can. Equips was a real "no-brainer" for our Credit Union.

It's been great. My SVP is very pleased
As a company we are very pleased with having one place to go for all service and consumables. We love the self-service aspect. We really love the savings over standard service plans. Very easy to set up and delete items and users.. Takes a lot of work off of Procurement's table. We love the service and operations teams, who are very responsive.
While the recent upgrades to the website are nice, there are some things I would like to see, such as: For inputting requests, we would like it to be easier to look up items. Currently they are set up with the Equips item number, with the text for the description/serial number way too small.

Having the management of ATM-ITMs and all of our cash related equipment in one place. So very useful when you have one person overseeing 250 pieces of equipment on a daily basis.
Very useful, used daily and love seeing all the new options available.

Great experience. Has made organizing our inventory very easy!

Passwords sometimes are an issue but that is with any product.

The ease of the invoices, that they show the 3rd party company that is used. We can track the usage easier.
Sometimes we were billed by both Equips and the 3rd party that is used.

Excellent experience - really bridges the gap between our institution and vendors.
Once logged in, the screens guide you exactly where to go and what to do to ensure proper usage.
Screen is a little busy with lots of info - all appreciated but can be distracting when trying to complete a request

We’ve had a great experience with Equips service!
It’s great for referencing and tracking tickets.
It would be nice if the service record could show that vendors have been paid and the check reference number. We have several vendors that are paid by equips and try to bill us directly as well.

Great customer service - very friendly and nice to work with. The software is updated often with new features and they are very receptive to feedback.The system works great for multiple branch organizations that want to allow multiple co-workers to schedule break-fix or maintenance calls. It is very easy to use and allows us to centrally manage maintenance tickets as well as invoices. I do not need to instruct co-workers to call X and setup Y with Z -- I just tell them to put it in Equips and it's handled from there.
Seems spendy, but I have no comparison for that. Have had occasional issues with miscommunication when scheduling multiple vendors to meet for a single call, however it is hard to blame Equips for that as it's often the vendors to blame, not Equips.
