Pros

Great hour long video conference where the customer service was amazing. This software is definitely in the running for our switch.
Great Tolls To Mange your Business < So Easy To use after. I love how it mange the inventory.
The software is amazing we are just starting to use it and we love it.

Pros

It's great for any size business and I highly recommend it. Support and setup are a breeze and support staff is helpful, knowledgeable and very professional.
Easy to navigate, setup was very easy, generating reports was easy, and super quick response from the help desk support.
Support is great and people are wonderful. Great company to do business with.

Cons

When something is wrong, the application is just suspended without any reason or explanation. It should have a better error handling.
The inability to go back and fix an invoice, or adjust products after being pushed through to further steps.
Very diffcult to manage more than one warehouse in this program and am thinking to leave the ERPAG because of this.

Cons

Sometimes I'll place a requisition for something that has already been requested, but since I can't see other people's orders I can't see that I'm duplicating a request that's already been made.
At times the items descriptions could be difficult see.
Any time technology is involved there is some level of risk to compromised data.

It is nearly a complete solution for our companies needs. It seems we will still need an accounting or quickbooks, but even so, we can import the data into it!

Cons

A bit overwhelming to use at first. It is well organized though with a low learning curve. I am still new.

CRM, inventory, Purchasing options are just amazing. Customer support is always there for everything. Have all fonctions in one place.

Cons

Can't connect with a bank account. So if you want full accounting option, need to choose Xero, because ERPAG integrate with them.

Pros

Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Accounting features are easy to use. Software is responsive and even have its own mobile app feature! Great value for companies looking for a functioning MRP software on a tight budget. ERPAG also can sync with xero, although the feature requires you to update manually.

Cons

So far nothing has made me not like about the software. I would say I would like more people to use this software as the only online help that I can find is on their help website.

Pros

Clear use, most new people can learn the basics within in some hours. Complete for track and tracing of orders, purchasing and materials including serial and batch numbers.

Cons

Limited connection to other systems and unknown by other systems.

ERPAG is helping our company take control of our inventory, work order and job planning, and purchasing activities in combination with other quality management systems.

Pros

Very easy to import BOM & vendor data for the hundreds of components that we use in our products. Also very easy to build work orders and purchase orders to help us migrate away from PDF work instructions and excel sheets for POs.

Cons

Time tracking app for work order costing could be improved. We already use a separate app (Tsheets) for better visibility of our employee time tracking for different projects and it will be tricky to reconcile these different tracking systems. If ERPAG could match Tsheets functionality it would be worth a bit more to us. In general, the ERPAG user interface feels a bit antiquated but functionality is really what we care about so this is just a minor ding.

Seems great so far

Experience has been very good - easy to use, great value for money, and does what I need it to do - manage inventory, purchasing and production planning.

Pros

Extremely comprehensive especially for the money. Most software at theis price that promises to do all these things, probably actually doesn't! Or has many bugs. But Erpag seems to deliver on all the features it promises. It fits perfectly into a category for businesses that are not ready for the expense or learning curves of the big guns in ERP. There's nothing else on the market that I've found that fills that middle ground. It's all either too simple, or too expensive and complicated.

Cons

Documentation could definitely be better. Most functions are fairly easy to understand if you learn by trial and error setting it up. But there are some parts that could use a little more formal explaining.

Cons

It is sometimes difficult to undo some changes. For the rest, nothing bad discovered.

Highly Recommend! Great software, and you can't beat the pricing.

Used it at a previous company (found it, implemented it, admin'd it, and was a daily user. Now I'm using it as my own company and have recommended it to others.

Pros

Initially liked the purchasing and PO functions the most...then I started digging into and learning more about multi-level BOM and love it. The new custom reports are great as well, and give the user more capabilities in designing the look and content of their documents.

Cons

1 Day = 24 Hrs. While this is true in its simplest form, it is not true for how many companies work. I would rather see 48 hours on a time sheet instead of 2 days, which can be misleading depending on how your company operates.

Pros

Our company is a 1st time erp user and it did not take us long to learn and adapt our business system to ERPAG. From manufacturing to pos to accounts receivables to purchasing, ERPAG has it covered! Customer and technical support is very good and are very accommodating.

Cons

Perhaps in the future, payroll can be integrated.

Good , simple to use software. Meets 90% of our requirement

Pros

Ease of Deployment and Intuitive to Use . The learning curve was very low.

Cons

Wish it could pick product images from a URL link

Do it all software

Helps us run the retail side of the business efficiently.

Pros

We were moving from another software provider so had a list of services we needed from the software. Out of all the software we looked at this came out on top as did everything we wanted and more.

Cons

Not really any negatives as functionality is great.

Horrible. Their technical support documentation is not updated and I hired a website developer to try to get it to work. The developer did everything he could to get it to integrate only to be finally told "sorry I cannot help you" from ERPAG support. At first I was very excited by what you had to offer. Pros

The overall look and feel made this software very easy to use and manage, making it an overall great solution for my shop!

Cons

I feel like for what it accomplishes, while it is a great software, could be cheaper. I did find other software that performed most, if not all of the same functions, at half the price, and even included a downloadable version of the software as well.
