Great hour long video conference where the customer service was amazing. This software is definitely in the running for our switch.
Great Tolls To Mange your Business < So Easy To use after. I love how it mange the inventory.

Pros

Also there is a strong community that can help you find answers. Also i like that is very logical and robust, so this facilitates queries from others sources to get data from SAP Tables.
I really enjoy this product, it’s very reliable and the customer service it amazing.
My overall experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud is excellent. I hope they maintain this quality.

Cons

When something is wrong, the application is just suspended without any reason or explanation. It should have a better error handling.
The inability to go back and fix an invoice, or adjust products after being pushed through to further steps.
Very diffcult to manage more than one warehouse in this program and am thinking to leave the ERPAG because of this.

Cons

The overall experience has been extremely painful. Users from a large global company are finding it difficult to adapt to using this software.
To much training needs to be done to work alone without older colloquies.
Sometimes it is difficult to integrate it with the payment system of national banks. Requires modifications and additional costs.

Nice package for small business applications.

I could set up a small business in a very short period of time (from quotation to printing packing slip).

Pros

In an hour or so I could figure out how the software works. So it will good to train new people fast compare to big-name software like SAP or Oracle.

Cons

There are still many features to be worked out. (a) The address fields in the forms do not follow the US address standard. I reported specific example via chat room, (b) I believe you are still changing the software on a daily basis. At some point you need to freeze a rev and come back late with a diff rev with consolidated updates (c) There should be more templates for quotation and invoicing. I could not find a template in quotation where I can quote tier-pricing to my customer. The template automatically sums them up at the bottom which is not right.

Pros

Intitutive & Easy to use. Neatly laid out and fairly complete. It seems to have all features required for supporting a manufacturing and sales operation.

Cons

It's only cloud based. The worry is if there is a failure of the cloud system, there is no local hosting to continue to use the product.

The main benefit is being in the cloud

Pros

The integration to Shopify and Gsuite is seamless, and easy to setup. Everything is really well laid out, and intuitive.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve. That said, I think that is just the nature of ERPs they are complicated.

All the modules are easy to use and its Comprehensive. Support is top notch and professional. We would prefer to see more short vids on the setup of new businesses. Also a msg record option.

That it cannot give you projected delivery time based on time resource. In other words, as you process your orders it should be able to say with 10 people, minutes availible you are booked with the items ordered till the 28th of April, if someone is absent it recalculates?

A full functional ERP system to service my small business on the cloud with access anywhere

Pros

Very user friendly in most cases, offers a full package to fully run a small size business with great support of currencies, languages and functionality across what a typical ERP system should perform. The simplicity of the system and its availability on the cloud makes it a very competitive solution against bigger and well known ERP systems.

Cons

Mostly no cones but would've been better to offer more options under the "Production" system. Additionally a integrated project management system would be perfect.

Superlative!

Pros

The progress from database management software that keeps track of Bills of Material to Multimillion-dollar ERP implementations has been spectacular. The only thing more stunning about the cost of these systems is the complexity. If you have ever worked with SAP you will understand immediately. If not you are going to save yourself a steep journey up that learning curve. ERPAG is priced almost too low. I nearly passed it up when I saw the cost. How can Cloud-based ERP software have this price point and really be ERP I thought. Fortunately, I took a closer look. I'm still exploring all of the functionality. I will be presenting ERPAG tomorrow and I will say simply that ERPAG is all you will ever need. All of the bases are covered.

Cons

ERPAG University CRM tutorials would be helpfull.

Pros

A lot of features being offered and is integrated with one another. Also, being a cloud-based software makes it very cost effective.

Cons

Seems like there's no straightforward way to handle consigned items.

I have used odoo, peoplesoft and wperp and none of them are this straight forward

the price, the cloud hosting of services and ease of use. this product is def simpler than people soft to set up and use

Cons

without internet access you can't access your app. this can be a problem for remote work and offline work

I'm so happy to find this application after a virtually forever search for an ERP software that will fit my organization requirement with limited budget. The software is sophisticated and well designed. It is also so flexible that allows you to adjust and tweak the software to fit your organization's requirement. The flow of the application is also intuitive and easy to understand. Their support team is also very helpful. I love that they also provide the Live Chat service within the application. This really help us solve our problems quickly. So, if you are an entrepreneur looking for an ERP solution, make sure you don't skip this one!

Pros

Cloud Application, No need to invest in hardware. The software covers every aspect of an organization and link important data together. It is very flexible and well designed.

Cons

Support team availability for company in Asia continent is quite limited. Continuity issue. For example, when we briefly lost Internet connection, the user is kicked out of the software immediately and lose all the unsaved works. When something is wrong, the application is just suspended without any reason or explanation. It should have a better error handling.

ERPAG is a fast, multi-user inventory, order and bills of material system can be accessed anywhere

Engineering is using ERPAG for Product Life Cycle management of Bills of Materials. Still learning the features to get it tuned to our needs, but it looks like all the features are there.

Pros

It's fast. Other cloud based software I've used was slow enough that I had to open multiple tabs just so I could work without delay. It supports multiple levels of sub assemblies in the Bills of Materials, so no need for flat BOMs.

Cons

It has a bit of a learning curve, due to the number of features it supports.

Pros

C'est un logiciel de gestion de commande, d'inventaire et même la facturation. Il ouvre tous les processus métiers des petites et moyennes entreprises en gérant des stocks et des commandes en temps normal recommandé. Il exécute les commandes en s'occupant aussi d'impression d'étiquettes cloud et les différentes marques de stock.

Cons

Chez ERPAG il n'y a pas un commentaire négatif que je peux lui apporter car il est utile dans son domaine précis.

Pros

+The SaaS-based architecture, which so many previous generation on-prep ERP providers are attempting to achieve with cloud offerings, but not quite hitting the mark. +The full range of ERP-relevant product capabilities and functionality, including mobile-friendly emulators of using the solution on the warehouse floor. +A full offering of off-the-shelf reports +Direct, inline product support via chat. +Integrated self-guided training overview videos on each page.

Cons

- I want to verify the volume and scalability of the products future strategic direction. - I want to verify mobile capabilities on-device vs. just the emulator. I may need to purchase a license to do this. - The user experience has a slightly more industrial and ERP-ish feel, but it's still fairly dynamic and interactive.

Hidden Gem

Was hesitant as decision to go with ERPAG was made prior to being appointed manager. I have always worked with Pastel historically so it had it's growing pains. After pushing through my intial negativity on the wrapping on ERPAGs UI - I've found it to be exactly what my company needs. We are busy creating a new database as the initial setup of our current one was done in bad practice. I just need to change my employees mentality from working locally to cloud, and we will be flying!

Pros

It's functionality against it's price point.

Cons

The UI is a little janky, not very pretty. Prone to loading screens and as a result inevitable reworking. especially on unstable networks. Seems function was chosen over form which I'm all for, but a pretty platform does wonders!
