Very capable integrated ERP for small and some mid sized businesses, (depending on your requirements). A lot of very nice features for collaboration built-in. Good support for mobile devices. Latest version has nice user interface, and good functionality.
Good value. Easy to configure and use. Flexible deployment options. Good framework for customization. One of the few cloud based ERP systems that allows you to backup your database locally. Good customer support

They have a bunch of useful features. Though I like companies or solutions that offer a lot of features that most of the customers won't even use but some of them will get a lot of help from that. Adequate analysis reports.
I feel that they sometimes needlessly complicate things, like using more steps and all.
