Pros

Analyze the opportunity of improvement with its cost is easier with this software.
What I like most about Reliance is not only the ease of use but how easily it can be configured in order to meet our business needs.
Integration with other tools, apis is versatile data reading, which record reading direct from tool. Quality improvement for from customer complaints is recorded in a effective way.

Pros

Great company to work with, good customer service. Always impressed with the forward thinking and continued improvement and advancements.
User friendly and easy to use. Our success person is amazing to work with.
Our admin love the system because it allow them to schedule and send out notifications out of the software. It has allowed time savings in all departments of our occupational health clinic.

Cons

The messages contain error code numbers that are not easily translated into where to look for the problem.
Error messages that pop up during development are not very clear to describe the problem, for non IT people.
This is a good and bad problem to have, not so much a con to using the system rather a challenge to use it to its fullest capabilities.

Cons

The reports are often confusing and missing data because we are not sure what needs input where. The training classes have not been real helpful as they are more general and not specific to our needs.
Inability to show user only what is applicable to them when they are in a specific module; for instance, only have incident lookup values available when in incident not also audit values.
The reporting section of this software had so many fields that were not relevant to us and so it was very difficult to find the fields that we needed as the field names were similar.
