Pros

The software facilitates a great way of communicating in a decentralized organization to ensure items are completed in a timely fashion ensuring a quality product for our customers.
They have a fantastic team to work with. Again, the ease of using the software, the customization to my specifications and so much more is the reason I have stayed with them for so long.
Ease of use is great; Captures all user requests easily; Report generation is great for trending information; great way to reconcile requests, at the end of a given period.

Pros

Entering our assets was extremely simple and I am very happy with the ability to customize the software to my requirements.
Location and service status are also fantastic features that help us run our business more efficiently. I love that it is accessible from anywhere.
It's great software for keeping track of equipment assets used on a daily/weekly basis. It's been a great resource for the entire staff, and the customer service is phenomenal.

Cons

The only con for us is because eWork Orders is a cloud based system we can't use it for problems involving internet or power outages.
There are a lot of CMMS systems out there that are very costly.
There is no partial item count (ex. Received 2 of 3) on the purchase order record if there is a partial receipt.

Cons

When booking multiple items at once, it won't tell you if there are booking clashes for any specific item, so each item has to be booked individually which is inefficient and annoying.
The UI is very confusing to learn if you are new to EZO; cannot submit large inventory items (many line items); mobile platform is very heavy and boring.
Software is very confusing. There are many inconsistencies throughout the application.

Decent solution for startups

Shopped around for right CMMS for a small but scaling startup, and EZ ticked boxes best, particularly for an affordable price. It's taken a lot of effort and product support to get operational, but now working pretty well - so no regrets. Hoping it'll fulfil needs for a few years

Pros

Lots of functionality; well balanced between inventory & maintenance tracking; responsive team at troubleshooting

Cons

Can be clunky, particularly mobile app; fair few bugs

Customizable Software at it's best

Integration was a big issue for us. We had separate programs for inventory, work orders and still had to use hard copies in the field. All of that changed for us with EZOfficeInventory. I had a great Sales person and The Gentleman I've been working with as a consultant has been amazing. Overall I could not be happier with the product at this point.

I had been looking for CMMS software for about 2 years, but for a small non profit the cost of CMMS Programs were out of reach. I came across EZOfficeInventory and decided to reach out to them. Cons

When I first signed on to EZOfficeInventory The first trainer I had was for someone more advanced then I was on setting up this kind of system and it caused a great amount of frustration to myself and my team. I reached out to my sales person and he was able to get me hooked up with the perfect trainer who could walk me through the process from a to z in a way I understood. So I have to say the only part I had any issue with was dealt with in an incredibly fast and professional manner.
