Pros

This is a wonderful system. It's very user friendly, and they provide the best customer support.
It looks like its going to be user friendly. The customer service and tech support is very good.
We love the flexibility and the power eWork Orders provide for us. Once the system is setup, work orders with great details can be automatically generated.

Pros

Asset management and preventative maintenance that’s fast and easy to do, but powerful enough to scale with the business. Used it with mobile assets and fixed assets.
The ease of use and set up for this product was very simple. The Redlist staff is amazing to work with they are with you along the whole set up process for the organization.
The training team was great and did their best with the new system they were given to work with. It was not meant for heavy haul.

Cons

Mobile version is not available while offline (no internet/wifi/mobil access).
Sometimes finding a specific work order it difficult because the type filters that are offered.
We currently don't have the need to use all of the features that eWorkOrders has to offer, but with what we do use, there hasn't been much to dislike.

Cons

They couldn't deliver on timelines or what we needed, so when we asked for half of our money back. Only half since we didn't even get to utilize the system, they said no.
We are still building our program and working with a team at Redlist to fix problems we see.
