Pros

Entering our assets was extremely simple and I am very happy with the ability to customize the software to my requirements.
Location and service status are also fantastic features that help us run our business more efficiently. I love that it is accessible from anywhere.
It's great software for keeping track of equipment assets used on a daily/weekly basis. It's been a great resource for the entire staff, and the customer service is phenomenal.

Pros

We have been very pleased with the overall experience. Customer Service with Cartegraph is very good, and they are just as invested in your success as you are.
Success with asset management starts with good data in the field, and only with that clean data, can admin successfully evaluate programs and changes.
Good, the system is great and the support team has always been extremely helpful.

Cons

When booking multiple items at once, it won't tell you if there are booking clashes for any specific item, so each item has to be booked individually which is inefficient and annoying.
The UI is very confusing to learn if you are new to EZO; cannot submit large inventory items (many line items); mobile platform is very heavy and boring.
Software is very confusing. There are many inconsistencies throughout the application.

Cons

There are many glitches and a lot of data is lost due to this.
Most all of my users are not able to make their own reports due to how difficult they are to build.
Furthermore, we were able to make informed decisions and continue services in-house by showing hard data compared to contracted costs.

But, you must have administrator access to make changes. The back button on the app brings you completely out of the program making you sign in all over again

Less work, easier management and asset monitoring

Pros

The software is easy to use and gives the admin correct right to handle the users. Handling and managing of assets is easy even for a new user.

Cons

Sometimes it comes to a point that it loads too long and every page is loading, kind of hard if you want to omit/ tick the checkboxes of 3 to 5 pages.

Easy to check out items with the mobile app. Reporting tool is pretty detailed.

Cons

Probably because asset management is boring for me, I rarely use it. The asset grouping function is not so good, if admins use a different name for same items..

We are still migrating from our old Asset Management tool to EZOfficeInventory but I can see, it is far better than our old toll. We are really happy as of now.

Learning More About This Product Makes Me Like It More

This is a great asset management software, especially if you get adequate training. Training is a must!

Pros

When I first started using this product, I didn't like it very much because I thought it was too hard to use for what I thought it was only capable of. However, I am seeing that it is capable of doing much more than what our organization was originally using it for. I am excited to see all the additional features that we can implement to make keeping an inventory of our supplies and assets more manageable and fluid.

I am rather concerned by the seemingly cumbersome use of this software. I do not find it very user-friendly or intuitive.

Pros

The ability to add documents, photos, notes, and geo location. Simple customization to create a clean look for asset management.

Cons

The ability to print labels 1st without placeholders is a con from the gate. It's either data entry first / label last, or create placeholders to print multiple labels and then re-enter data for those existing placeholders. Label customization could use some work, there weren't easy Logo attachment buttons and the label creation wizard is a bit dull.

Our department was looking for cloud-based asset management to manage thousands of tools with hundreds of users worldwide. The cloud-based asset management helps us track each asset usage and its status. We also share our assets between sites in different countries. The EZOIofficeInventory has all features with flexibility for us to customize the features to support our needs.

Pros

• Single Sign on capability: Compatible with company IT security • Bar-code Scanner: Check-out and check-in an asset or multiple assets at ease • Various of user customization fields and filters

Cons

• Asset search and filter feature has some limitation. But their support team are listening to our requests and working on these features improvement • Some reports are not generated properly • There are a lot of features that need to spend time learning them

Overall this is a fantastic tool and I highly recommend it.

Pros

The software provides cloud based asset management. This is great for universities or businesses that typically lend out laptops, dongles, and chargers.

Cons

Sometimes there would be a small lag time from checkout to check-in on certain items.

The one we chose

We wanted a system that would use passive RFID scanning of assets and this was a cost-effective solution with the integration we were looking for.

Pros

We are able to use our existing systems with this product - SAML and LDAP. The free trial information stayed in our account when we purchased the license. They have a good Knowledge Base as questions arise, if we don't have time to call support.

Cons

We haven't found anything to dislike with the system at this point. We are still setting up but it looks like a good system that will improve our asset management.

The accuracy and real time awareness of inventory has eliminated many unfortunate situations.

Pros

The versatility is outstanding. EZ Office Inventory is a complete asset management solution that makes all aspects of inventory very efficient and accurate.

Cons

The lack of listing options per views. A few more custom views would be beneficial but this is a minor item.

Great little package for Simple Inventory INs & OUTs. Still needs some work on a couple of things

Excellent management of our 1000 or so Engraved Asset Items. Excellent Customer Service. A few things to work on with EZO

Pros

Easy to Use (once Settings verified), Handles Simple Inventory very well. Needs more work on Adding Locations at Checkout stage, Checkout Dates & Times and Transfer Custody updates. EZO are supposedly working on this for us. Very grateful EZO gave us Time to get things right before we Subscribed.

Cons

Not too many (if any) as EZO have been very accommodating. Simple INs and Outs are a breeze. Not sure how the other functions perform as our system is small (up to 1000 items) and all are engraved.
