QR code product label helps the inventory management.

I love the alerts and ease of setup. The label creation is awesome!
I think the app tends to be slow at times with regards to switching screens and can be frustrating at times but not a big deal in the big scope of business.

We are very happy with our experience with EZOfficeinventory. The customer service is outstanding, they are always very quick responding and try to help you find a solution to you're problems.
What we like most about the software is that it is very user friendly. It is also very nice that you can look at inventory history to see the movement on each inventory. It is also very convenient that you can put low stock threshold on the inventory.
It is not possible to connect the app to a label printer.

The ability to add documents, photos, notes, and geo location. Simple customization to create a clean look for asset management.
The ability to print labels 1st without placeholders is a con from the gate. It's either data entry first / label last, or create placeholders to print multiple labels and then re-enter data for those existing placeholders. Label customization could use some work, there weren't easy Logo attachment buttons and the label creation wizard is a bit dull.

EZ Office has allowed us to track our spending, use, and overall asset inventory on a whole new level. It gives us a centralized place to have old designs, quantities and use history stored. Our systems, procedures, and product has been able to evolve and live on past individuals with the help of EZ Office. Unless I'm mistaken, the biggest feature that's missing is simply the ability to purchase EZ for a company and then add different departments/teams. That would be wonderful for the different facets of a university and all that we collectively use in terms of materials and promotional items.
-Single sign on capability -Non sign-in users -Multiple locations for inventory -Scanner integration -Label maker template
-It can be a little hard to get lost in the advanced setting if you're not using many features. -The inability to turn certain features/fields off -Aesthetics on the user interface -The lack of white papers/webinars that offer live and up to date case studies or example uses -The mobile app isn't entirely user friendly and in some ways does not mirror the desktop version.

The experience is pretty good so far, the software helps us keep track of all assets and where there are all the time.
The fact that you can change the asset info and the QR code remains unchanged.
Maybe you should put the print label button up front, not in a subgroup.

No major problems and it helps us keep our equipment inventoried and accounted for.
Easy to use. Very affordable. Great reports.
The only problem I have is when I want to print just one inventory label. It does not give me a choice of which label to print on. (For when I have a sheet of labels and some are not used)

Better tracking of our inventory items
The mobile app, which makes scanning so easy. The labels that allow us to label all of our assets and inventory.
The inability to add additional features without upgrading to the next level, having a la carte features would definitely help us out.

Makes it easy to add new assets and remove old ones. It's nice to be able to attach purchase orders and other documents to individual assets.
It is fairly easy to use and the QR codes help with being able to check label info from multiple devices.
Sorting of lists is sometimes wonky, but not terrible.

Great asset tracking. I like the database export functions. The ability to add multiple users is great, because it allows me to more easily track assets.
UI feels antiquated and slow. The label design feature is clunky. The app is slow and not super intuitive.

Pretty good tool!
We use Asset and Inventory to keep track of employers assets ant IT stock value. Works pretty good. Like the label and scanning functionality.
A little messy GUI. Works ok but I am a little worried to let end users in.

It us really helpful to track the lab equipment, who checked out what and where each equipment is located. As long as students take it responsibly when using ezofficeinventory, it is a really helpful and efficient tool.
Can use easily with a mobile phone and its camera

Over all I had very good experience using EZOffice inventory where I can allocate assets to new users as well as able track the inventory in warehouse so that’s based on info I can take necessary actions and at the time of I audit I can show the report very smooth
I can have live inventory data so that I can manage accordingly and I can have live updates
It has less admin control rights due to that there is a data disturbancy

The software offers many possibilities like label printing and tracking of the equipment, but it's not always easy to find the desired functionality, nor is it to intuitively understand how it works.
There are many minor issues but the big one is a cancellation of email subscriptions which happens unexpectedly every now and then.

More precise control over assets.
The ability to access from both Computer and SmartPhone. The ability to view from anywhere since it's a hosted product.
Some of the label printing options are odd. But being web-based it is what it is. I wish they had a dedicated printer option we could buy.

It fulfills most everything we need and the app is very easy to use. I like that all users have access and that you can 'check in' and 'check out' from the web and app
A few things that I can't figure out how to use but overall it's pretty user-friendly. I wish the label-making aspect was a little easier to use

Easy to use. We were able to get a POC up and running within a matter of hours. I was able to provision people quickly and easily.
I'd like pre-made label formats for Avery labels in the designer. It look a fair bit of time and effort to get the labels laid out the way I wanted them.

Control over all the inventory items on my event based business.
Great customer service Easy of use Intuitive Well designed Shopping cart to make checking out and checking in
I am still implementing the system and I haven't got into full production mode. The label printing feature works works better on Macs than on PCs and my office has PCs. No big deal though.

I would like to be able to customize how a label is printed - what info is on it/not on it. Would also like to be able to create groups for users/members (eg. group together by dept.)

Ability to run reports and schedule in advance. This has been mission critical for our team here in LA and in our Sunnyvale Headquarters. I love the iOS app and use it daily. This has allowed us to truly be mobile.
Dependency on internet explorer to print. I am a Mac user and need to run boot camp in order to interface with my zebra printer. Be great if there were more label templates that I could use or customize.

Compliance to local legislations
-Used as repository of documents used for compliance to EHS legislations. -Can be accessed through an app and used live on site.
Not much really as I mostly use the system for checking compliance.
