I am in the Security Industry for over 30 years both as an Alarm Installer and as a Security Compliance Auditor. 

When I decided to invest in a software for my company, I contacted EZ Management along with three of their competitors. 

I found EZ Management on line demo extremely good and ticked all the boxes that I required for the Electronic Security Industry. 

I decided to go with their Basic Pack which is perfect for a new growing young company, however their set up charges were dearer than their competitors, however it was worth paying as their competitors lacked the information I required for the industry I am involved in. 

The online service dockets provided for my Smart device was very good and I was able to add extra fields if required. The after service is very good and the support team are there to tweak the software to suit how I run my business. 

As my company is only coming into its 4th year of business, it was necessary to find a software that would suit my business and I can state honestly this software ticked all the boxes. 

Advantages of their software are –

Available Administration required for the EN51031 Standards, System Design , Risk Assessments etc.. 

Available Administration required for the PSA 2006-12 CCTV requirements , System Design , Risk Assessments etc.

Fast software updates.

Easy to navigate their on line software.

Routine annual service reminders .

Good set up for the Electronic Security Industry.

Easy transfer of existing accounts package / client base over to their software.

Training was very smooth and their trainer was very patient with me and always got back to me with my queries.

We have found the product and the company second to none.  It was extremely easy to implement and any issues we had with it were sorted immediately. We were unsure how this software would work for us in the field. It was so easy to use and all the information is available in a few taps on the ez Service App. Before we got the app we had a job getting our engineers to fill out  work dockets so we could generate invoices. It's so handy to use, the paperwork is minimised and all the information on the customer is on the app.
