Pros

We have been very happy with the ease and efficiency of the program. The web based software has also been a benefit because it is accessible from anywhere.
The ease of use and tier structure of admin within in the software for approval of request. We have multiple ways we are utilizing the software and so far it has fulfilled all of our needs.
Overall, the implementation and actual use of the software was seamless. We are so glad we found it are able to integrate it into our organization.

Cons

There is no app, which is very annoying when trying to use out in the field. On your phone you have to open up your web browser and log in on the web.
I would be remiss if I failed to mention how spectacular their customer service is.
As we began our maintenance team for the franchise our maintenance tasks were verbal with no records of work completed or cost or man-hours. Now we are able to track all of the above and more.
