Our fleet of 400 pieces of equipment is now fully manageable to determine total cost of ownership, track parts, mechanic hours and productivity and provide senior management with solid and accurate reporting to understand the health of our fleet.
Pros
FMX could also stand for Fleet Management eXpress because of it's open architecture approach to create data fields, worker order workflow, parts inventory, technician productivity management as well as the vast and flexible reporting capabilities.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything at this stage I don't like. Do I have more to learn, sure but that will come with practice and patience.

It is so much easier having a software solution that provides reminders, calendars, work request tickets, inventory, and reporting all in one solution.
Pros
The reporting module is very helpful when pulling reports for my upper management. Also, the FMX support staff is incredibly responsive and helpful!!
Cons
In the main calendar view module, there are no notification icons to visually see that a new request has been added, modified, or responded too.

Pros
I love that IT, Maintenance, and Event Requests are in the same platform and that it is very customizable. I also love that I can make most settings changes without needing to engage support and that decisions during implementation aren't locked in.
Cons
I wish FMX had some features of other IT Ticketing Systems and Inventory Management but it checked most of our "boxes" when considering a new platform.

A practical product
Pros
Simplicity, minimalist approach, Single sign on, ability to add custom data field in all forms i believe.
Cons
Custom process flow other than facilities management like purchase order management are very basic.

Pros
I'm a visual organizer, and their calendar based system is perfect. Reporting is also pretty fantastic, allows for specific reports for each asset owned and managed in the system!
Cons
If a middle management person or above enters a request, life is good.

It is very adaptable, also the ease of use for my company. It has proven difficult to find a software that all employees can use easily. This is that software!
Cons
Reporting is not in real time. Reports that are run come from information that is 8 to 12 hours old.

User friendly software, I've used similar software before but it was not as detailed as FMX. i specifically like the inventory and reporting features.
Cons
Also automatic time stamp for when you Complete a Maintenance Request instead of manually inputting the time.

I chose this product, I designed the use cases, and while it is not as fully-featured as I'd like as my role in IT, it does the job admirably.
Pros
What makes this product appealing is its simplicity, and ability to bring together all the disparate ticketing queues into a single product, while still maintaining separation of those queues. Being a school, we are a large multi-campus environment. For facilities maintenance, which is the key target audience, the system is purpose built as a ticketing system. It's not an high-end system, in that you won't be loading in electrical schematics of your buildings and tagging geolocations of power points, but as an operational software package it's ideal. With the framework of your campus already in the system, adding in an IT Department ticketing queue, and subsequent custom queues makes good sense.

The ability to export or embed the calendar in other sites and tools overcame the final custom printing hurdle.
Pros
The integration of events calendar with facilities maintenance team activities. The members of our staff can all login and view every event, get assigned task, review procedures, complete procedures, be updated immediately.
Cons
Key request module more like and inventory module - not designed to track history of person holding key the way I perform this task, since I cut keys in-house and track the return and possible reissue of a key including key fobs.

select your URL name well when you start out. the better you train, integrate the process, import /migrate data or set-up... the more success you will have getting teammates to use it.

In almost 2 years of working with the app, here are 5 points that i've achieved with the solution offered by them: -connected all departments -work transparency -easy & simple tracking of tasks for each department manager in the company -easy to present information to audits

-easy to use for all users -can customize different functions in a couple of minutes -mobile version of the website is 90% identical to the desktop version, resulting in a very similar interface -easy to administrate users in the platform -easy to track all task, generate reports and present them in a meeting (no need to generate them in advance) -99.8% of time, the system was working -fast support response with our company -constant update of the platform

Providers are able to track hours, equipment use, inventory and plan ahead for projects.
Pros
Many of our teams used different software that were not compatible. FMX was able to collaborate with the various leads and provide one system where we all experience success in customer service. The team we worked with at FMX live up to their "Customer Success" titles!
Cons
Exporting/importing data across all modules would be an asset, but right now only certain modules share information.

Having the equipment and inventory modules that are easy to use and find what you are looking for is a huge plus.

I really like the dynamic nature of the software it takes of tracking all activities like inventory, scheduling ,etc.
Cons
So far so good I don't have any problems. But feedback must be sought regularly for better app development.

FMX has helped us become more efficient for tracking our IT and Maintenance work orders.
I've been in educational facilities management for 30 years and can say that transitioning from other well known school CMMS systems to FMX was the best decision I've made, it's so simple for my end users yet so powerful with a lot of features that other software companies will charge as an additional fee or a custom field.
Pros
Ease of install, ease of use by faculty and staff, can assign requests to two or more technicians in different departments, avoids scheduling of conflicting events, less expensive than previous CMMS system used on campus with more modules included, support staff is amazing, inventory control, generates reports that aid in staffing decisions, preventive maintenance module is easy to use and track.
Cons
I have not come across any issues that could not be easily resolved by the great support staff at FMX.

FMX has also helped us on our compliance with being able to ensure compliance related tasks are being done on time and then archived for easy access during audits.
Pros
It is very customizable and overall fairly easy to administer.
Cons
Not many cons, the largest one for me is there are a few areas that we just cannot customize to our liking, so we have learned to use the system the way it is. FMX is always making updates and improvements, so I expect some of these small specific changes I would like to see will be fixed in the near future.

I like the ability to add links to pictures or other files to individual equipment. I like the way the calendar is setup to look at individual work-orders (planned or reactive.) Ability to add/change employees easily.

Do not like the inventory section, troublesome and no specific relationship to generate a tracking and inventory control.

We are now able to track inventory, use reports to gather analytical metrics to aid in decision making processes, and track man hours identifying workload and balance of assignments.
Pros
Customer support is fast and thorough. The reports convey viable information to use in making business decisions such as workload, lifecycle maintenance, cost per repair, and identification of top 10 problem pieces of equipment.
Cons
If I had to identify a con it would be the import feature.
