FMX is easy to use, adds equipment, search for document, great tech support, allowing municipal user under one affordable price.

FMX rose to the top of the other 6 or 7 companies, and we received unasked for favorable referrals in addition to the asked for referrals.
Pros
The ability to add numerous “modules” at no extra cost. The way that the software interrelated is not “clunky”.
Cons
The up front assessment was the highest priced of any, although you do get true engineers and more depth to the data imputed.

Pros
The software is a great balance between the very complex and way too simple or poorly designed cheaper work around. Examples of this include the intense asset management some CMMS products provide that our smaller church campus does not use or may include in our financial software. The price point is not driven by number of user as our previous product was. I like the ability for each user to gain access to the calendar from Outlook, Google, iCal, Webpage, phone, computer, iPod, etc.
Cons
Some of the terminology is different that what we have become comfortable with and requires our users to think differently when submitting a request, such as "Transportation Request" instead of our past "Vehicle Reservation Request" for instance.

I've had great customer support with this company as well as extremely competitive pricing. FMX seems to be responsive to customer feedback and work toward product development. One of my previous concerns was with the absence of google single sign on. They have since developed that part of FMX. The other two features I'm hoping will improve are adding a mobile App so that its easier to interact with on my phone, and making the appearance and theme of it more user-friendly. There have been no issues with the inability of this program to meet my needs. For the price and the customer support, FMX fit our needs well.

Would highly recommend and is very reasonably priced.
Pros
The customer service was exceptional and they helped to answer our questions and set up our software. Software is able to be customized and they worked to have it fit our unique needs. Very easy to use and learn.
Cons
Not a fan of the default colors for tasks, but this is something that can be changed with some time and learning how to use the settings.

FMX has been great for our company and we like to use it for our maintenance department and our IT department to receive requests from users. This cross-functionality allows the IT team to support the software and to use it for what it was intended for. (get the most out of it)

Auto assign feature doesn't allow user to see other properties. If you have access, then you get assigned all work orders you have access for each property. Work around is to either have w.o. originator assign the work order or have an admin assign the work orders.

With everything said this is a great product for the price.
Pros
Very easy to use, easy to input information for equipment and buildings, user friendly, simple for the average person to enter in maintenance requests/repairs. Also as the end user for scheduling repairs it's quick and easy to prioritize repairs/duties for the days and weeks ahead.
Cons
Would like to be able to have a duel color code for the calendar, as in person assigned to with a priority color or maintenance type color.

Pros
Customer Success Manager is part of the adoption journey. Low cost of ownership. Pay as you go. Security is built in via SSO. SaaS model proves to be an easier sell to justify the business case.

Pros
The personal interaction I've had leading up to my final purchase of FMX was great and they have very competitive pricing compared to other products on the market.
Cons
It would be nice if they had a "single sign on" feature so that rolling this out to my organization would have been easier. The last thing anyone in my organization wants to do is keep track of another software ID and password. It would streamline the ease of interfacing with this product if users were automatically signed in to it when logged on to the company email and/or intranet.

Implementing FMX was very easy. FMX staff were quick to answer any questions that came up during the process. It's been a powerful tool that has helped us to be more effective and efficient in our work.
Pros
We were able to replace two pieces of expensive software, scheduling and maintenance programs, with one service that was as much as one of the programs alone. And not only was it cheaper, FMX is very user friendly. Some of our less tech-savvy users were able to pick it up quickly, so we didn't experience much if any lag time after a short training session. In addition, the change over to FMX was super easy with the import function, and any changes to make the data fit our campus were easy to do in house with the tools in FMX. Also, the reporting features and the ability to export past data to a spreadsheet let us examine our use over the past year and analyse how we can operate better next year.
Cons
Having the ability to tie into Building Automation Systems (namely HVAC and door control systems) would be very helpful. FMX may be able to do that, but it's not part of the basic program. You'll need a custom module.

Pros
I like the fact that it has the ability to manage multiple staff and locations from one central spot. The ability to track expenses with specific vendors is HUGE for us! Also to have a catalog of all that we have spent with specific vendors has been a huge resource for us too. Also has the ability to have a very clean and simple inventory system with QR codes and everything.
Cons
My only con is maybe the pricing can be steep for smaller businesses. But the money saved in the long run could be a benefit.

With my permission, FMX has had potential customers call me for my review and honestly, it really is a great software and service.
Pros
FMX is a collaborative program easy for School and Community to see schedules. It prevents double booking, it's a full-service program for scheduling, price acceptance, invoicing and collecting, it keeps everyone in the know from Administrators to Custodians to Community.
Cons
We have a lot of Community use and the calendar got very busy, making it easy to miss events. However, FMX has Customer Service that could write a book about Customer Service. I reached out to our Rep and was given directions on how to work through the calendar. Anything you need, any questions, or suggestions have been sincerely welcomed by the FMX Staff.

This vendor took away 3 softwares I used and allowed me to only use One! Its easy and simple with everything our company needs in one place. Also the price beat out all other softwares and programs I use to use.

I have nothing bad to say! Right now I am hoping though we can edit our forms personally and create our own tabs and drop down menus.

Pros
I like how little effort it takes to enter work orders and get it to the right people. It's great that it tracks responses and keeps tenants up-to-date on work order progress. It has significantly improved our response times and eliminated a lot of calls from tenants. Less items fall through the cracks.
Cons
I wish it had the inventory and pricing module so invoices could be generated with little effort. I have been told this is coming, so that would be great!

My experience with FMX has been refreshing and a completely positive experience. We try not to have vendors, we prefer partners and that is exactly what FMX has brought to us, a partnership. First, their style of communication is to listen to the customer and then help the customer to meet their needs. I feel as if FMX has customize their product to meet every need and want we have requested from them. The maintenance module has improved our efficiency, the automation module has saved us in the thousands per month in utilities cost and the calendar module is so simple to use. We researched several companies who would or could offer these services and FMX was the only one who met our needs and wants at a very affordable price. Anyone of the FMX modules will save you time and money, especially the calendar and automation module. The FMX Team is professional, knowledgeable and just enjoyable to work beside as a partner.

We've been very pleased with FMX. They continue to add useful features on a regular basis!
Pros
- Implementation was very easy! We were able to transfer nearly all of our data from the previous system we were using.
- Setup for users and groups was also smooth once I understood what was capable. Had a lot more granular capabilities than other products we researched.
- Very competitive pricing!
Cons
There were a few features we had from our previous system that were not available in FMX. However not enough to dissuade our decision to purchase.

Tenant satisfaction and cost tracking
Pros
The ease of creating work orders and tracking is great. we like that tenants in the buildings can keep track of their requests and we don't have to follow up to close the loop. it saves time and effort and the tenant gets real time information.
Cons
schedule requests form that we customized is sometimes cumbersome but that is more on our end. We will work with you to rectify this shortly.

We choose this product because despite the times we live in we still have some employees that claim to be computer illiterate but with FMX there really isn't any excuse. You either can read or you can't. Every thing is pretty much straight forward. I would say that the cost efficiency would be the second highest pro to this service. We receive a lot for our money and they have been quite generous.
Cons
Really need a mobile app. Also would love to be able to control when to send emails; having an email go out every time there is a change in the request can become very annoying to the requester/follower which then creates this culture of disregard toward fmx emails.

We have had FMX for 2 years now and things have went well. It is easy to use and support staff is great. The only downsize is the cost, if it was more cost effective that would make it a more appealing product.

Overall, what makes FMX great is the combination of being affordable, customize-able and with great customer service.
Pros
The ability to customize almost every access of the software. The custom work request modules fit all of our needs as an organization, and being able to customize the request form is really nice.
Cons
The homepage has a great calendar for viewing upcoming requests, but you're unable to print/export this calendar view. You can export to spreadsheets and PDF's, but it'd be nice to print a calendar.
