It makes it very easy for staff at different locations to alert me to facilities issues, and to follow along to know where we stand on resolving the issue.
It's very easy to use, I don't have to do much education with staff to teach them how to use it. I really like that you're able to add someone as a follower to a request, too.
I wish I could search requests by the person who put them in, or see the name of the person who put the request in next to the request itself. We also don't really use the cost or hours options, so It would be useful to hide those and better customize the lists of requests.

We have also started to use FMX to inventory incoming and outgoing items in our warehouse. It's nice to be able to tell a client how much inventory they have in stock to the individual piece before they come in for production.
This software can track not only frequency of work performed, but also materials used plus individual man hours. We have implemented scheduled repairs before our machines break down by knowing about how long certain parts will last. This is such a time saver being able to schedule major work during down time instead of in the middle of production.
Any issues were immediately handled by customer service, so I don't really have any cons to say.
