Pros

We have implemented Fat Finger apps for operator rounds, equipment inspections, safety inspections, and more with great success.
Ease of use for first-time users. Layout is straight forward and has easy interface to submit and review.
I only bought the case didn’t know anything about software. The entrisicly safe case I bought works great.

Pros

The ease of use, it is very user friendly and the best platform that we had researched. The training and support has been terrific and has allowed our systems to become more streamlined.
It's ease of set up and modular functionality, it's ability to give control to the users on how access is granted. I also like the Mango App, so simple, but effective.
Mango is very intuitive and user friendly. The customer support has been outstanding.

Cons

Everyone's on SQL already, with near-zero implementation headache there's no longer a reason to stay in the business of manual data entry.
Have had issues with the program failing to load, requires rebooting for it to start functioning normally again.
Lack of field to enter equipment ID. Need to manually enter TAID.

Cons

I HATE that any upload to a report is viewed as sensitive information, therefore not visible to staff. I understand the need for this in some modules, but not all.
Some set up fields in System Administration although different have same name, not intuitive & once done hard to change without effecting some data.
Enter a proper emergency plan and process into Mango instead of just uploading PDF. Have a area where visitors can be reported in Mango rather than PDF documents.
