The support staff have been great, love the calendar that enables us to allocate work. What I would like to see improved.

Email platform being used ends up in spam too much by clients, told by Fergus that this is because the platform used by Fergus is the same as many spammer's.

We have tried 3 other management tool's and by far Fergus stands out as the winner. If you want something quick and easy to use on a phone it works great.

Fergus is really great if you need to invoice orders really quickly. I love it how it is connected with our accounting software.

It is user friendly and there is continuous work to improve the user experience. It has an easy to read format and uses commonsense.

Fergus is designed specifically for trades which suits us perfectly. It integrates seamlessly with Xero which means jobs are automatically filed (if already marked complete) when paid, saving me time.

The inability to customise a health and safety form for staff to access on site and link to the client file. The inability to attach any general files/photos to the client rather than a specific job.

There are many benefits Fergus has provided our business. Time management and job efficiency has been the most important for us.

I sorry, but I am really struggling to find one.

Fergus have been really easy to deal with. They are fantastic at following up to see if we have any problems or concerns.

Very hard to delete or void a mistake (new business so still learning).

Its free for one user, and reasonably priced as your team grows. The customer support is responsive, and the features are more than you can ask for at no cost.

I like that is allows users to price and create requests off of customers needs/wants.

Desktop and mobile sites are easy to use. Integration with suppliers and accounting software is key.

A very user friendly software product with a great support team who are always working to make it better. We have already recommended it and got others in the industry using it.

Really great and user friendly, wouldn't use any other program it does everything I need.

Easy to use for everyone from the office staff to the guys on the road.

This job app software is amazing! It has cut my office time in half and my billing has been more accurate. Easy to use on the phone day to day.

Time Saver

Brilliant to have an upto date screen shot on the home page of exact monetary status of our business, amount in quoted works, works in progress and money due from clients - we have not had this before without manually having to work this out on previous systems used.
Scheduling - no more late night phone calls to all staff to let them know where to be and what to do.
Ease of processing pay to staff as they log in daily onto fergus to tell us what hours are worked and where. 

New User to Fergus

A good way to track work in progress and schedule Labour.  Would love to see more customised features around the Favorites setup for invoicing and quotes.

Electrician job management 

Easy to set up with Fergus via Skype, easy to use, all time and materials are a lot easier to keep track of, great customer support.

We are very new to Fergus, but it is great to see and hear the guys saying that it is easy to use and our Director is finding it really easy to process quotes in Fergus, which in turn makes my life easier :-)
