Pros

We have been using Field Aware for 8 months and are very pleased with the software. It is very user friendly and perfect for the field service environment.
However, we only used it to dispatch work to our mobile techs and that part worked seamless. The techs loved the simplicity of the software.
The mobile app is very user friendly and works good. The price book is very easy to set up.

Pros

Customer Service we have received from all the staff has been excellent, Rep has been our go to guy, his patience has been great.
Their team is responsive and great to work with. M loving working with Fieldwork.
Program is very user friendly and easy to use. All of the support staff are always there is help.

Cons

This has gone from bad to worse. Nobody returning phone calls, emails etc. I have even called the Sales dept and can't get through to them either.
They never delivered what was asked of them. When I tried to break the contract, because I was not receiving what was promised, the threatened to sue me.
My Customer Service rep spent hours on the phone with their techs and none of the problems were ever fixed. In fact, every time they would try to "fix" something, it got worse.

Cons

Integrations was difficult due to our former software being unable to provide us the required information.
My only regret was waiting so long before actually switching over.
I took my wife out to a job, showed her how to use it and she was barcode scanning in just a minute. My other software was hard to teach techs how to use and cumbersome to carry.
