FieldEZ Features In Depth

Drag 'n Drop Scheduler

One of FieldEz's main conveniences is its easy to use scheduler that syncs with all engineers' mobile devices to provide a live prospectus for the day, or just for the upcoming tasks of each employee. Every agent can check his/her schedule live using a mobile phone and can receive updates and notifications when a change is made.

Every task/action is represented by a coloured card that the user can drag and drop on the corresponding row with every row representing the time schedule of an employee for the day. The different colours indicate different type of actions such as work, status, arrival and dispatch times etc.

Real-Time Tracking

The seer power behind the software hides in its ability to track engineers via GPS and in real-time. This allows coordinators to plan tasks according to skills and position, and change the schedule dynamically to better accommodate arisen needs. Monitoring employees and actually measuring their efficiency is another benefit that derives from this feature.

Agents can update supervisors of their current positions and when they arrive or depart from the location of a customer, while supervisors can also check the history of an agent and check their course during a period. All this militates to a way lower mileage for the agents, thus greatly lowering the fuel costs for the companies that use the software.

Customer Feedback Access

FieldEZ gives managers the opportunity to instantly get a status report of a finished or unfinished task, along with the customer feedback that comes with it. This way, engineers and their services can be evaluated in a proper and irrefutable way and customers are delighted by the feeling that their comments actually reach heads of departments.

The form that is sent to the supervisors after the completion of a task is comprehensive in information and detailed in data, so that every aspect of the issue is reflected clearly.

Intuitive Metrics

All data and logs are recorded and kept in the cloud or local servers for the automatic creation of intuitive metrics and diagrams that further reflect the efficiency of your workflow for reporting purposes.

Another important use for these metrics is the ability to precisely locate problematic areas and unproductive employees, and take action immediately to avoid the further wasting of resources. Using this feature, managers can highlight the importance of their work and the actual results that their various positive interventions have.

Billing and Invoicing

Basically I assign calls to engineers who work on field ,this application reduces me a lot of work and easy management of engineers

Cons

So for I didn't find any, the auto assigning feature was little bit confuse it assign automatically at-least we expecting the filter like assigning with grade level

covers almost all the field we require as a service engineer.opening and closing call is easy.in I phone detects the location very fast compare to Android phone.

Cons

drains the battery if app is running in the background.it should consume the less battery .though we are opening the call from laptop from my account it should give my name instead company name because compare to mobile it is easy open and close the call on Laptop.
