Pros

For just starting out my business and coming from more expensive software it was the best descision I made to help keep everything organized and flowing. Great choice for any tech to use.
FieldPulse is the perfect fit for what i was looking for. The Support is amazing, they are always quick to respond with any questions that i have, and are always looking to make improvements.
Scheduling features are nice and intuitive compared to your competitors software. Ability for team to easily access service history and customer equipment is also a huge benefit to us.

Pros

This has lead to profit increase and more satisfied clients. In addition, the support team is easily accessible and helpful to answer any initial questions i had.
ArboStar is a great service if you operate a tree care business and want a competitive advantage.
User friendly which I appreciate, if I ever need support they are incredibly receptive and adapt to my skill level, I like that it is customizable to my industry, other software I found was not.

Cons

Software is not working well for us as we have single customers with alot of individual site and units to keep up with.
Hard to view all customers in database at a glance. Only displays a portion at a time.
With Field Pulse, I will primarily only need to work on complex estimates, back-up of data, and accounting audits from my computer at home. That will cut my workload down significantly.

Cons

They frequently get confused by the optional line items and almost never follow the link so they do not know that the option is "unselected. Shading it out looks BAD.
Terrible inventory system (unusable). The proposal function is completely mismatched from a typical proposal setup.
When i started using the Arbostar, app lacked offline mode functionality meaning that if I was on site creating estimate and there were no reception I couldn't send it out.
