Pros

Good bang for the buck, easy to set up, great customer service that is US based. Very easy to customize to your small business.
They will probably continue to improve this though so with the cost effectiveness may be worth it in the long run.
Great financial value, easy to use, has the ability to maintain the team on the same page by using customer and job notes as well as pictures.

Pros

We have seen better profits on repairs with the flat rate program. Am quite satisfied overall with only a few things that could be more useful.
Very happy, turns out we were not charging accordingly, now with Coolfront it’s an easy click of a button. I like the professionalism of the receipt and no paper plus the pictures aspect is great.
The customer service when we have had questions has been over the top helpful. We ha e even made suggestions that were met with a “good idea” and then our suggestions were implemented in updates.

Cons

It is difficult to see at a glance what the schedule is for multiple techs. The second biggest complaint is how slow it can be.
The Quick Books syncing is terrible and is mostly related to QB online but they keep claiming they will make it compatible with QB desktop but have yet to, to my knowledge.
There are several features that are missing and or do not work well for our company.

Cons

Being charged for invoices that are canceled or made by mistake, or being charged for an invoice that has not been completed.
The customer support response to phone and email inquiries is slow. Additional charges for payment transactions should be billed per transaction only with no other monthly or annual fees.
EVEN THOUGH THIS PRODUCT CAN GET PRICY, WE FEEL THE TECHNICIAN AND CUSTOMER CAN BOTH KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IS BEING CHARGED AND EXACT WORK TO BE DONE.
