Overall we're happy with the software.  The plugins function well and transfer info back and forth efficiently.  
Inventory management functions smoothly, your report writing team wrote a custom report for demand planning that functions well. 
We use scanners in the warehouse for picking and packing orders, this has improved or order picking efficiency and accuracy.

[sensitive content hidden], who assisted us with the implementation, went above and beyond our expectations. However, the sales representative who sold us the software did not disclose the number of hours that would be provided during the implementation training. After hiring Fishbowl, we discovered that the package sold to us included only 8 hours of training instead of the 12 we expected. It would have been helpful if this information had been communicated beforehand.

Overall, the system is a great tool. It does take some time to get used to navigating and understanding how to successfully fulfill each step in the operation cycle. After spending a month in the system, I am confident navigating and working in it. The system could use a new skin.

Fishbowl Review

Support says they have no resolution.  This system destructed my financials in two weeks.  Fishbowl does not know how to fix their bugs.  We had discovered over 500K in sales orders not invoices and over 1.2 million in duplicated vendor bills created.   Run.  Save your money Fishbowl is the worst company I have ever worked with.  They have no regard for their customers or how their software jeopardized their business.  RUN.  RUN FAST

Overall, my experience with Fishbowl has been positive. The software provided a comprehensive solution for managing inventory and streamlining operations. The ability to track inventory levels accurately, automate reorder processes, and integrate with other software systems greatly improved efficiency and reduced errors. The customer support provided by Fishbowl was responsive and helpful in resolving any technical issues or answering questions. While the user interface could be complex initially, with time and practice, I became comfortable using Fishbowl and harnessing its full potential. In summary, Fishbowl has been a valuable asset in managing my inventory and optimizing business processes.

Overall would say it’s a great platform. They continue to make tweaks to the system as technology changes and needs of customers change.

Great Product

We currently use Fishbowl to manage our inventory, process payments, and manage customer accounts. We are looking to expand and utilize many other integrations for web store and asset tracking capabilities.

We are a new client using an inventory management software for the first time and are extremely pleased with Fishbowl; it's ease of use and all it's capabilities including integration with shipping companies and our e-commerce.   We looked at several products on the market and found that Fishbowl provided the most comprehensive system at a fair market price.  Taking the time to set up your  system and input your data properly makes all the difference in getting the most of this system.  It's removing several duplicate steps in our current process and improving our bottom line!

Once we purchased the software we used the trial-period to best understand how the software functioned and how we would utilize it in our business. Once we were comfortable with it, we integrated it into our daily operations. The customer support has been very good and really makes this product work fur our business. Without the high level of support that we received, we wouldn't have kept the software.

Great Functionality on a Robust Platform

Fishbowl is a great for usage forecast and daily inventory management. I am in brewing industry so I can see the material usage forecast and I can plan my orders accordingly.

Its a good system with a lot of features for Supply chain management, warehouse management, inventory management, order fulfillment, picking module and shipping module. It also has integration with quickbooks and woocommerce a wordpress based ecommerce platform. So, if you have a wordpress based ecommerce website FB provides automated Real time inventory update and order processing system.

Fishbowl inventory management

Fishbowl Inventory was a great success in our first year of utilization.  The biggest and easiest improvement was the vast reduction of manual order duplication, as we were able to have orders submitted from our website directly into Fishbowl, and then have sales orders pushed directly into Quick Books on the back end of the system. As we learn to better use Fishbowl, we are more accurate with reporting to our customer's accurate data, and also keep our sales representatives up to date with inventory levels, pricing, and order tracking on behalf of their customers.

For the record - our small seed company grew with the help of Fishbowl Inventory!

In the knick of time!

It was ok during the sales period but the after-sales support was a joke.  Also, fishbowl was recently depracated from the shopify platform. They know require you to use saleware software and have increased their cost by 400%. We attempted to get a partial refund since the software is now worthless to us and they are stealing our money.    Keep in mind we have been a customer for at least the last 5 years. We are beyond disappointed with this change and the way we have been treated. STAY CLEAR! 

RUN SUPPORT IS NONE EXISTENT 

Our company has been using Fishbowl Inventory for the past few years.  We have had a very positive experience with it since day 1.  The ability to integrate and automate makes this platform really stand out from others we initially looked at in this price range.  We are always looking at ways to increase efficiencies around our warehouse and Fishbowl has done a good job of releasing updates and add-on's that allow us to grow without the need for changing platform's all together.  We are very excited for what's to come from Fishbowl.  I highly recommend it!
