The customer service is very quick to respond and helpful in both fixing and explaining issues. The product itself is very intuitive to use.
The Inventory lists - I wish there was an option where you could only print the inventory under a certain location group (including inventory that has qty 0).

CSR was fantastic in helping us learn about the product and taking the time to listen to our issues/concerns. Even though we found out Fishbowl was not a great fit for us, it wasn't the fault of her. She's a very good asset to your company.
Tracking of inventory and inventory separation. Integration with QuickBooks......
not easy and straightforward to use on a day to day basis, I am sure it's a great product but just not a good fit for our business right now..

The software are included all POS feature that is needed and very easy to learn and to use. The Matrix inventory item setup is very simple and not confusing. I would pick this POS over other if not the inventory number is limited.
We need to create more inventory item, but Fishbowl is capped the inventory item number and require customer to purchase high package to get more inventory item number available. If your industry is required many inventory items and keep on grow, you are better ask for the price before moving over to use Fishbowl.
Fishbowl does not have, and never has had any limitations on numbers of items or transactions. A larger, more expansive feature list that confirms this can be found at https://www.fishbowlinventory.com/files/documents/fishbowl-warehouse-product-info-sheet.pdf. Fishbowl does offer two different versions of the award winning software; Fishbowl Warehouse and Fishbowl Manufacturing, but again - neither contains any limits on items or quantities. As the number of items is not capped in any way, there is no need for or options available for additional purchases to increase item limits. Please feel free to reach out to us at 800-774-7085 for help if you are in need of any training or assistance regarding use of the product.

Accurate Inventory.
You can keep an accurate track of a couple of things that can help your business grow.
They don't have 2 of the courier companies that we use the most.

Easy to review and move around inventory around. Easy to change costing errors when receiving in inventory.
When you get to Batch shipment - it should not give you options - should only be what is packed - too easy to bill items that are not scheduled to bill yet

inventory tracking is easy
It is very easy to use. Modules connect to each other. Reports can be modified easily. The technical help is fantastic.
Does not have accounting module. some reports that are exported need to be set up in columns so its easier to pull and sort data.

During sales demo program does everything you need it to but once paid for good luck. training team could learn from sales team. Only integrates with Quickbook if all conditions are perfect. Not reliable to update daily. Waste of money.
Sales connected with inventory is great. Inventory management window works great. Sales team knows ins and outs of program.
Integrates with quickbooks when conditions are right. Training team knows less about functionality than sales team. Serial number tracking very cumbersome.

Fishbowl is very good for all businesses that are inventory heavy.
Feature I like the most are more on the Inventory Features like transfer order, inventory monitoring and the likes.
You need high level of scripting skills to customize the forms and reports.

Great App, great customer service. Great overall experience. Would recommend to anyone in the business of manufacturing.
The inventory system is very functional. This app makes manufacturing so much easier. Keeping track of my inventory is simple now.
Updating the app is a bit of a pain, but the customer service team are a pleasure to deal with and can walk you right though it.

This software is great for processing orders and managing inventory. Our inventory has never been so accurate and our processes streamlined.
The customer service agents are very nice and extremely helpful, the problem is that Fishbowl does not employ enough of them so when a problem comes up you have to send an email and wait...maybe up to 1 day which is a issue when you can't process orders until they contact you back and fix the problem. It's really the only issue I have but it is a BIG issue.

Fishbowl is a powerful and complete inventory management software which help us to manage our inventory, sales, purchasing, and manufacturing processes easily. It will also allows you integrate third-party applications to produce effective solution in inventory management.
It's a very efficient to provides features that helps businesses to manage their inventory effortlessly. The software is very easy to use and offers great features like Inventory management, Sales and purchasing, Manufacturing management, etc.
It's little bit hard to fix problems without having support from their team. Other than this I didn't have any issue with the software.

Inventory control is our biggest benefit.
The use of the dashboard as a quick overview and how modules are linked within sales orders or other modules, makes moving from one module to another easy.
Learning the program was a challenge but after a few trial and errors I can easily maneuver through the program. Also, I dislike the inability to customize reports ourselves. Paying additional fees to have reports created just to add a signature line on a packing slip is a downfall. Wish it was more user-friendly when it came to report changes.

Positive
Inventory control, work orders, and BOM's
Was difficult to reach someone by phone. Wait times were long and calls were dropped.
Thank you for your review, Matt. We are sorry to hear that it was difficult to get ahold of a support team member. We will definitely inform our team of this inconvenience and improve our process. Thank you for the feedback.

Easier order entry
It lets you pull inventory from multiple warehouses for an order, and commit inventory from each location. Easy sales order entry, easy invoicing.
You have to purchase every module that you will be needing. If later on you expand and need more functionality, you have to foot out more money.

The newest version seems to function much better then what we first started with. The more and more we use the software the more we're realizing its potential and able to get out of it. It is definitely improving our operations.
Able to use remotely to check inventory.
Would like to see search for part numbers improved. Currently if your looking for a vendor number in the system you would have to look it up under the supplier # column it was entered. Would like a search bar that scans the entire data base and pulls up relevant information based on your search.

Good software to boost your inventory management.
Fully functional, Fishbowl gives you features you would not find in standard inventory management software. Takes you to another level when it comes to inventory management in quickbooks, I like the order and inventory tracking features. Every transaction can be tracked with detailed reporting. Easy to manage, processing of orders quicker
Pricing is always a bummer for most people. The pricing range is a bit above average for most small businesses. Better of use for Enterprise companies.

Ease of use and setup. Love the visual aids in identifying status of orders. Integration with Quickbooks is excellent and seamless
Nothing comes to mind. If I had to include something here I would say could use some minor improvement on import/export functions

Tracking our inventory for faster customer response.
It can track all our operations in one source. We can make automated RMA processes and take away the dual system to insure cores are returned.

This product is very easy to use. Our main goal was a front end order entry program with inventory management. For a manufacturing company to pull inventory in many different units of measure are a huge benefit to our company with tracking inventory consumption.
I think my only issue is having to update any custom reports every time there is a new update so your report is compatible with the version you are updating to.

I do like the software, I think for what is it it is good but that is entirely overshadowed by all of the unseen costs and terrible support. Support agents that contradict each other with every request and take 7 to 10 days on average to provide a resolution.
The inventory management capabilities and connection to quickbooks
The support is by far the worst aspect. and the over lack of functionality that should be basic in todays technologies. The UI is also something out of the early 2000's
