It covers most of what we need well and the people at Fleet are great to work with. Auto dispatch to mobile devices helps cut down the 'noise' in the office by eliminating about half our phones calls compared to before using an auto dispatch.
There is some choppiness to data entry that could be made smoother, military time is not available and that would speed up data entry a lot. Also they have some glitches in the system that can be frustrating but it seems they are working diligently to correct them. We used their earlier version of Courier Complete for 10 years, that system was excellent and I'm sure this newer version will get there eventually too.

This has help us keep track of vehicle and drivers much better than our previous program.
I like being able to see all of our vehicles on one map and being able to get real time data about where they are located.
I feel that the trip replay feature could be laid out better, I would like to be able to see a full display of multiple trips at once on the map rather than going through each trip at a time.

The mobile app was more user-friendly. Able to do everything on the mobile app. I wish when you plug the unit in the OBD2 scanner it pulled everything from the truck. No reason we should have to type vin, odometer, and what type of vehicle it is,

in the 3 months I have had access to fleet complete and its trackers I have been impressed with the overall reliability and effectiveness of the program. I am able to log my drivers performance as well as receive alerts as to win each vehicle is in need of an oil change.

Keeping track of vehicles and being able to use the geo fencing feature have been critical. The driver weekly reports are always a bonus for us too.
The setup and ease of use. The customer support is amazing as well

Having only been a user of FleetComplete for 3 months or so, my experience has been positive, except for technical support when preparing to install our 3 units. Tech support did not have a answer to our question and said they would call back. Admittedly, this was a Saturday when I called; however, we never received the call back, that day or any other. Fortunately, we were able to work through the installation information and found this plug-n-play set up to be easier than the instructions indicated.
The fact that I can locate a team member to help with dispatching from a smart device is very beneficial for our HVAC business.
Although the smart device application is a bit slower than the desktop and has a window full of information, it's still a benefit.

Overall it is a great tool for tracking your fleet. I often have an issue with it not loading properly or crashing on me but it usually works with a restart. An app is a nice option but not very user-friendly. I find I don't use it unless I have to.

Allowed us to cross the border as an AOBRD operator, however, the Odometer readings are incorrect daily. Speak to customer service weekly, yet to find a solution. Have been using it for over 3 months.
Tracking the truck all day long is the best part of this program. It is the only feature we find that functions most of the time. The odometer reading is TERRIBLE. INCORRECT DAILY.
Odometer readings on all the trucks are incorrect daily. We make weekly phone calls to get the reading correct, spending hours at a time. Only to find the problem reoccurs again the next day.

Quite Exceptional
All in one, easy to use GUI, along with a robust feature rich application
The only c"negative" aspect that I have with the program unless I missed it in the demo or the demonstrator did not have enough time to demonstrate, would be the ability to sanction certain assets via groups and assign users to those groups. As rep. have stated, they could clear a week for demo purposes and still not go through everything that Fleet Complete has to offer.

I wrote in that I only get Report Schedules when I click on Reports on the ribbon toolbar. I do not get Fleet like Help shows. I still only get Report Schedules. I have used a lot of financial programs through my 30-year career. This is the most difficult one to plod through. JD Edwards on green screen in the 90's was easier to get up and running on. I used this in October for my third quarter report. At this time of the year, I need to get the data without a lot of webinar watching.

Watch the video on Utube that you direct us to learn how to get the fuel tax report. It flies through too fast. When I push the timeline cursor back to the beginning, a Christmas decoration video comes on.
