I like it but there need to be a way for us to customize to our needs and wants
I actually works . And it hasn’t when down since we installed it
There is no quick refresh to update fleet positions. And you can’t zoom in and out with mouse. It needs to show direction of travel when you click on a fleet truck. I know there is a option to show a arrow instead of the icon but that’s not what I’m talking about

As for showing the direction of travel, you will be pleasantly surprised to know this is already available on our latest update of our web application. I can’t understand some figure like the triangles in black or yellow some times in red what that means?
Is ok but need more improvement to be more smoothly I like it any way because I can see where are my teams ;)

We love to be able to track our fleet and points of interest and we use the reports on a daily basis.
This program is not as easy as expected but we are not discouraged because of great customer support.

The software is great. Used it for about 2 years and in that time it broke nearly half our fleet. The GPS is constantly draining off the battery and within 2 years half our fleet of BRAND new one-ton trucks had to have their batteries replaced. Also, one GPS unit actually interfered with the trucks computer system and cost $900 to diagnose and figure out that unplugging the Fleet Complete system fixed everything. Overall, it's a fine system if you feel like constantly repairing vehicles.

Everything Is wrong. Most of the time with error.not connecting etc. Do not recommend this fleet complete not even to my worth enemy.that bad its. Specially for the cost. Spending about 112 a month per truck. When i was told that it was 36 a month. Scam. There are some other provider out there for a fraction of the price. Don't believe on this guys. Not trusty.W A R N I N G!!!
Dear Omnevis, Apologies, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. We do provide a list of all of our charges in our contracts upon signup with a provider. If you are just paying for tracking, it is quite affordable. If your bill includes tablets, it will be higher. We will have a Senior Specialist call you about this.

I love the customer service. very friendly, fast and effective.
This product was very easy to use. We had to get one of the trackers having 12 volt system. I called the support line and they sent me the 12 volt wired system fast. When I received the wiring, the tracker was not working. Customer support helped me get it running and I was not even on hold for long. the customer service and the usability of the product is great. Havent had this product for long, but if this is the service I get from them, I will be a customer for good.
The 12 volt system (no fault of their as they did send me the cords i needed) it was just inconvenient

Wait times are horrible. ELDs don't always work. Shipping for replacement is over 2 weeks. Customer service is hard to understand.

Nothing good to say. GPS modules are garbage. You are lucky to get a year performance out of them.
Confusing and nothing is their fault. They take easy response of "the reception is bad". Get another GPS system.

Daily tracking and verification of submitted time sheets via tracking.
The real-time tracking helps to know where our technicians are, as well as verify their time sheets on a day to day basis.
The reports over a longer period (weekly or monthly) can be a bit tougher to sift through, though give a good overview.

I have yet to make that determination with all of the flaws that exist.
I can do some things as an admin. I can see hours worked in the past 7-8 days, or however I choose to run the report.
As an admin, the functionality to update certain things is not there. Too many devices malfunctioning.

Great Reports, Easy to use tracking, detailed street maps, stores GPS data making driver reviews a lot easier to perform
Speeds for several streets in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas need to be updated as far as speed, less a software and more a hardware issue but GPS often place our truck on a side street rather then the street it is traveling down

Typical ATT, no good, nothing but problems. If we weren't under contract we'd get rid of it. Terrible. Customer support can't fix it. Same old excuses. Have to call just about every day. Doesn't work most of the time.

Flexibility to be able to see where all my vans are and keep track of all the systems. This is a deal for our business and give us the advantage to be able to correct where any one is in default. The Driveway Doctor is a residential and commercial asphalt, interlock and concrete sealing company. In the winter we provide snow removal services. Fleet Complete has put us well ahead of our competition. At any time we are able to find pinpoint locations of our trucks and give clients accurate ETAs for their service calls. In the winter Fleet Complete really excels however with their POI (Point of Interest) notification system. Our trucks automatically email our clients when our trucks arrive at their location and depart. This gives our clients a peace of mind while at work or on vacation that no other company without Fleet Complete can provide. We are a very successful company with an impeccable reputation but Fleet Complete just put us one more step ahead of our competition. Researching movement for one of our vehicles and when I clicked for the Breadcrumb trail no data was showing - tried many times throughout the day but still no data. Called customer support and within minutes a very genial technician assisted me and promptly homed into what had been causing the data void - it was not the system malfunctioning - it was me!! The software has really helped us monitor fleet on the ground and control all activities with ease using mobile devices . Field staff management, job allocation to idle drivers has been made easy.
One is able to see the location of vehicles, the progress, see all vehicles and their routes and monitor their movement in real time.
The mobile application keeps failing hence tracking becomes difficult.

The GPS in tracking the fleet of vehicles works great.
Some of the systems do not update, leaving us not able to track vehicle. When we contact customer support , they never get back to us or help. We are staying waiting for discount to be applied to our account for March and April as the equipment was not installed to our fleet yet but we recieved bills. Would be nice if once a month, fleet complete support phoned us for updates or asked if anything we need.
