Totally nominal functionality. And the system is a time suck, you have to go three menus deep to do data entry on one line then back out three menus, then back in for the next entry.

Many inventory programs are canned and built for the most complex application. FlowTrac was able to pullout just the things we needed to provide a great easy to use product.

The only con I can think of would be during importing, the system had errors that it wouldn't notify me of.

I highly suggest speaking with Abbe Hasse. Not only did she help me get all of the integrations up and running, she made using Flowtrac extremely easy and stressless.

The staff is very courteous,  prompt  and professional. They respond quickly to our needs and requests.

We are still in the implementation phase of Flowtrac so our feedback in terms of dislike is limited.

It seems inexpensive to implement but they nickel and dime you so hard we've spent a fortune for what seem like easy fixes.

Maybe fine for a simple company, but with complicated government contracts even though we're a small company who can't afford SAP, this was a total waste of time and resources trying to turn this into an ERP that can handle project based inventory and orders.

That's what you get for cost cutting.

A Great Inventory Tool

The integration of Flowtrac into our company has been game changing for our business. It has allowed us to scale our operation very simply with minimal growing pains as the Flowtrac team has always provided great support. I appreciate the direct relationships I can have with our reps and the dev team which makes getting changes made, bugs fixed, or new features launched one of the smoothest I have experienced in my 16+ years with large corporations that all utilized WMS for ecommerce.

Flowtrac Significant Upgrade

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience so far with Flowtrac. I do have to RAVE about [sensitive content hidden] and how thankful we are that she was placed as our onboarding specialist because she has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have everything we need and fixes errors that happen along the way. She has made this experience even better than we could have hoped and we are so excited to be associated with a company that has employees like her.

Locate has been great, the implementation process was made very easy working with [sensitive content hidden] and his team. They helped us complete our data imports and training with both myself as the accounting user and our warehouse team on production processes and inventory audits (counts). 

Great Software! 

Once implemented we are hoping that this will make tracking our on hand inventory much easier as well as tracking total cost for each job site that we are working on and have completed.

I am extremely pleased with Flowtrac. I highly recommend allowing the Flowtrac team to install the system and work with your organization. Doing so will ensure you are going to utilize the product to it's greatest capacity to meet your needs. The team who came to install our system were beyond professional and knowledgeable; not only about Flowtrac, but how inventory should be managed to optimize workflow efficiencies. The team was exceptional in providing recommendations for the vision we had for our warehouse space. They used their experience and expertise to create a functional warehouse space that surpassed our expectations.

Flowtrac has improved our inventory accuracy vs the manual processes we had in place before.  It has also allowed us to fulfill more ecommerce orders with our internal team vs outsourcing this role in Q4 when our ecommerce sales significantly increase.  We also have been able to add team members access to this system for improved communication.

Flowtrac has been really helpful at training and resolving issues. They have helped our business develop functionality to fit our needs and we are still working together to make things more efficient and eliminate redundant work for employees.

I reason I was hired at my company was to learn Flowtrac and implement it. Customer service chat was, and is, always there to help me, with even the simplest of questions. They have great developers and fantastic project managers. I highly suggest speaking with Abbe Hasse. It does everything you need it to do, and more!

Excellent implementation, limited reporting

Dayna W.:                                              Hi, my name is Dayna and I'm the accounting manager. Our company is about 13 employees. I give Flowtrac a four-star rating.
                                                       Prior to using Flowtrac, we were using a manufacturing software called LOCATE. LOCATE was bought out by a larger software tech company and was being pulled off the market, so we were looking for a new manufacturing solution that could handle inventory management, assembly of manufactured goods, and the control and costing for all of our orders coming into the system.
                                                       So we were looking at a couple of different softwares to replace our old software, LOCATE, manufacturing, which was being pulled off the market and we needed something that was cloud-based as we're a completely remote company, something that could handle multiple order sources and was customizable and also something that integrated successfully with the native API connection to our accounting system, which is QuickBooks Online.
                                                       Onboarding with process with Flowtrac was really amazing. We worked with a project manager/integration specialist on their end where they would request certain reports from me as the accounting manager and the one in charge of the implementation. So I would send them over all of our data, and actually they would import it into our new instance. It was really nice because they had a beta instance of our platform, so as they imported new data into it, we could test it and see if it was working as it went. And if we didn't like something or needed changes to be made, we could do it in the beta system before actually implementing our live instance.
                                                       If you're looking at evaluating Flowtrac for your business, I would look into your order volume, where your orders are being sourced from, and make sure that they're supported either native integrations or pricing out the customized integrations that your company will need. We had a few customized integrations, which were really successful, and then we also utilized the native integrations as in their ShipStation integration and their QuickBooks Online integration. I would also look at reporting features as I feel it's somewhat limited in reporting for Flowtrac. And also the integration between QuickBooks Online and Flowtrac is sometimes more manual, specifically with inventory counts and adjustments. Those transactions will be made in Flowtrac but will not be synced over to QuickBooks Online. So that is just something you're going to have to note that will need to be done in addition to the changes made in Flowtrac. You'll have to manually bring them over to the next system.
