Freshstatus is really simple to use and have a great user experience for creating incidents.

Cons

Freshstatus doesn't provide real-time monitoring, only manual status and downtime reporting.

Probably one of the best status page solutions for the moment

I've recently investigated almost every product on the market and in my personal opinion is that Freshstatus is one of the best solutions on the market.

Pros

It solves almost every needs of a company or product status page - components, incidents management, user subscriptions also got really good UX and status page design including powerful SLA statistics features (personally me think this is a killer feature).

Cons

External notifications support via webhooks .

A very good start

The tool is easy to manage. Integration with both change management and incident management would be great.

Pros

The fact that I can now present a one stop shop to users on most relevant facts with regard to IT Service delivery

Cons

At the moment the system is very much a stand alone tool, needs tighter integration with Freshservice

Setup a status page for your company

Pros

Freshstatus is a free alternative to Statuspage. It is exactly like Statuspage's features. Gets integrated with Freshping (another product of Freshworks).

Cons

It has some integrations but more would be great.
