Overall, I am very happy with FS works and the data analysis it provides for our quality team.
FS works is very easy to navigate and work through.
It can be confusing when you have an issue because there are a lot of screens, but the customer support is fabulous. Whenever there is in an issue, they get it fixed very quickly.
