Pros

My clients love the ease in booking and I can't tell you how many of them have commented on the email/text reminders that come to them, they love that feature.
What I like best about Genbook is it's ease of use and the fact that it's so reliable. I can't recall a time in the 10+ years I have been using it where I have had issues.
It was great to have clients access a scheduling software that was first easy to navigate and also, google friendly. I do love the ability for clients to review and the google connection.

Pros

Cons

Ve gotten very angry at times, really putting the service representative though a tongue lashing. Not because I’m mean or wanting to be a jerk, but because my business is counting on them.
Clients have problems knowing how to cancel their appointments. I am not sure how to cancel genbook from sending a review request.
They often miss that last button to confirm their appointment. My old message about setting up their account seems to be defunct.
