Pros

Gensuite is a excellent asset to my quality organization. The support/customer service team is very responsive.
Gensuite's ability to analyze information across a large enterprise adds value for my team. Gensuite also has great workflow capacity and wonderful customer service.
It allows you to centralize your organization's data in one place and run comprehensive reports on this data. Great solution for companies looking to move away from paper checklists/records/logs.

Pros

It's been an excellent experience with Devonway. We need to track multi-million $ productivity improvement projects across the globe and Devonway has made that seamless.
Devonway is easy to navigate. We utilize it for safe worker observations, and it has excellent reporting capability.
It has built in tools that allow the user to successfully manage their assignments. Using saved data searches, you can schedule notifications/reminders to keep you on track.

Cons

So far these products have not worked in a consistent manner. This is frustrating to many workers that after struggling to get the apps to work, now refuse to use the mobile apps at all.
There are several pain points that are not solved, or not solved in a timely manner. Our users are quite frustrated at times and we have no answers for them as to why they cannot run reports.
The user interface is ridiculously complex, and cannot be changed. After four years of use, my employees still complain about how difficult it is to enter information.

Cons

I guess if I were to have to write something that I dislike about the software that would be that I dislike changes in the software functionality. I personally dislike updates to the software.
User interface can be confusing. Those who don't use it frequently have difficulty figuring out what's being asked of them, or how to find what they're looking for.
The applications to iPhone are just being developed, and sometimes in that application are difficult to navigate in.
