Pros

Being paperless is a great selling point for our customers with real time reporting and easy access to our scheduling it gives the customer comfort in knowing that they can see real time progress.
Invoicing is super easy with the xero integration and it's easy to see a clients entire job history which is a great tool for us.
Really useful tool for our growing cleaning business. Great for organising appointments.

Pros

Transwide is very easy to use and they provide outstanding customer service.
The perfect company to send money around the world is Transwide the best company you can trust to send money around the world.
Very user friendly, easy to navigate. I also really did love how easy it is to make changes, etc.

Cons

Its buggy and has loads of problems, says it saves when I hasn't, constantly freezing, kicking you out, and the customer service is hopeless and unhelpful.
On site information can be overwritten or falsified because the timer is manually started.
The reason all this became is that GeoOp is starting to have some really bad Bugs.

Cons

The notifications are sometimes delayed, on when they are going to have outages.
Every day there are Error messages meaning a problem with someone's call-off, I receive all errors (Roquette sites all over the world). Would be great if we could see only U.S. call-off errors.
The documentation with Hazardous materials but this is likely an internal Ineos issue which still 7 months later is not solved yet.
