My experience with Gluu so far, has entailed limited cons. Since most of the features that I missed in the beginning, were later released.
We've tried implementing a process mindset before, but got stuck in implementation because the software and the processes were more burdensome than helpfull.
Drawing the lines between activities initially irritated me, because I accidentally made "kinks" in them the whole time, but I am used to them now.
