Mine and my current organisations experience with GoAudits has been very positive since I started using it over 6 years ago and, since introducing it into my current employers system has simplified the compliance, auditing, CAPA management and planning activities involved in business activities along with regulatory compliance and certification requirements.
creating custom audit forms or checklists, Developing them from initial creation and using them during audits is a straight forwards and intuitive process.Once the report format is chosen, the completion of audits from the stock or custom checklists give clear information for our organisation on how departments, processes and where improvements can be made.
The process for setting up audit schedules is a bit clunky and when dates have to be changed, the only to change audit dates appears to be deletion and re-entering with the same details except for the new planned date.

Working with Goaudits has been great the support team have always been a great help with any problems. Goaudits have also listened to our requirements over the time we have been using there system and made many changes to there system for our company needs.
I found the app on the phone so easy to use and navigate. The desktop software was a little more complicated but after using it for a month and with the help of goaudits support I was taught all I needed to know. The integration to the business was easy.
Navigating the dashboard and back system was difficult. The reports generated are not in the format or layout I would prefer and find it hard to convert it to what I would like.
Thank you for the honest feedback, we keep improving GoAudits and we hope that you will find our redesigned admin portal is easier to use!

Good
Not so expensive easy to use, management of correttive plans and statistics available
Improvement requests in the past were not easy to have and now we have new persons dedictaed to us in case of needs. We trust also thta the new up will bring improvements.

A good system checklist for supervisors to monitor and check on the operation and performance of associate
The picture upload makes it easy for users to identify the area of concern without writing any text.
Changes of text within individual item are not readily picked up by the system so users need "importing" all the time. At times, the revised text affects the "marking" of the specific item e.g. a "n/a" becomes a "no response", resulting in "fail" for the audit.

Initially, the support wasn't the best but this year it is brilliant. I have sent multiple checklist to them and the turnaround has been no more than 3 days and we have started using them in productionThe support has been brilliant to to help me learn the analytics part of the system which is a massive bonus
That everything is there in front of you. You are able to trend data and see what is good and badWhen filling in a checklist - any issues then a person can be allocated a task and an email sent to them straight away, this is also held on the system to be questioned by managementTaking pictures of issues - "a picture is worth 1000 words" a lot of our operators can see an issue and have never been able to describe it fully - now they are able to show us what they are seeing
The reporting - I would like to be able to see different ways of viewing the information - a standard set up doesn't always work for all customers

It's overall good but needs minor improvements listed above
the centralized source for all of our standards
I wish that the custom standards would be included in the main reports of the corresponding department instead of a separate custom report I wish i could manage users myself and make custom audits myselfI also wish we could filter by associate in the analytics dashboard

The Team at Go Audits make themselves available to assist with questions and concerns about the platform. They reply quickly, are patient and take time to discuss the platform.
Go Audits is user-friendly and creates efficiencies needed in our operation. Having recently spent some time with [sensitive content hidden] (our new Account Manager), I am a big fan of the performance, trends and summary tabs. These sections will aid in our effort to achieve our set targets for 2023.

The feature of GoAudits that I appreciate the most is its ease of use and how it can be adapted to suit any working environment, from a Construction Site to a Care Home, to a Hotel. I can only give the GoAudits platform and team my sincere thanks for a product that has not only saved us time, effort and money but is highly rated by my staff and our Clients!
Audits took time to complete, but also meant that the clients sometimes didn’t receive the completed report until the next working day or even later. We now save time with instant reports & faster turnaround”

This has saved our business countless hours, as we are not typing up an audit once back in the audit. therefore allowing us to complete more audits increasing the turnover of our business.
Goaudits have helped reduce the paperwork we use and has saved us so much time as we do not need to type up audits in the office, another key feature that has helped us and our clients is the fact it gives us a score, this helps clients see that they are improving and helps them become more motivated to improve. The photos are a great addition as we can edit them which helps clients to see more the information in more detail

We recently implemented GoAudits as our primary platform for completing both retail food safety audits at our 70+ cafes as well as for our supplier FSQA audits. Platform was simple, intuitive, easy to implement, and provides a ton of functionality. In addition, the GoAudits Support Team is great and really responsive if you ever have any issues or questions. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to transition away from manual audit checklists to a fully automated digital auditing platform.
1) Simple, intuitive audit platform 2) Helpful, friendly support team 3) Very affordable 4) Nice reporting functionality and dashboard.
Form Builder is a little challenging to use for creating long, extensive checklists. A mass upload feature or faster way to create/edit checklists would be helpful.

Brilliant experience so far with the software and most impressive has been the customer service. Extremely helpful staff have responded to our enquiries immediately.
The range of pre-built audit templates that are already available for our sector were very welcome and a good starting point. The form builder is also very easy and intuitive to use. The application works flawlessly on smartphones for our users and they took very little time learning how to use it.
The pricing is maybe a little high per user but we feel it will justify itself in the long term in the time it has saved us developing a similar system.

I can say that this GoAudits made our work easier as we can easily access and do inspection in any area on the site without difficulty.
It's easy to use and all the important points are mentioned in the system. Also, it is documented, and we can keep it for reference.

We are ensuring compliance and consistency is maintained throughout our business
For me as a cluster Ops Manager, The room checks, COM quartely checklist are crucial to be from a compliance perspective. We have recently introduced Service inhibitors which again are of high importance to the needs of our business.
If i am being honest probably the amount of time it has taken to generate our new reporting platform as this really plays a huge part on how we report and escalate new issues that arise
