I can't say enough good things about the GoAudits platform and the GA Team! I am the Safety Director for a General Contractor in Augusta, Maine. We looked for months for a platform that would meet our specific needs. There were some typical store shelf options out there, but we wanted our own. GA not only provided the best price, but the customer service has been nothing short of impeccable! Any issue... suggestions, concerns, problems, praise... Whatever it is! The Team responds quickly, professionally, intelligently, and (this comes dealing with me) often times with laughs and positivity. I hope readers understand when I say it's the "old school brand of customer service", because it's nothing automated or otherwise dismissed. As a customer, you are priority with GA. [sensitive content hidden]... These guys are incredible! I am by no means computer literate, and their patience (and guidance!) have truly helped our program become a success story! Thanks, GA! And to the readers... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! If I could give ten stars, I would!
