Pros

Handshake is great because it is easy to use and it is a free resource. I work for a staffing agency so when we need someone in more of an entry level role, this is a great place to find someone.
Its a super easy B2B platform, good for small businesses. Also has a great customer service.
Handshake was perfect for what we were doing and very affordable. It is refreshing to have a system like this available to small businesses.

Pros

On the administrative side, managing statistics related to the application and the ease of adding new users is a great advantage of the application.
This is a fantastic product that is easy to manage, easy to update, and perfect for any company looking to enhance their sales arsenal.
Crescendo is adaptable, customizeable, and was the perfect solution for distributing our sales and marketing collateral.

Cons

It's impossible to entirely keep out spam, but I was very surprised to find so much spam on Handshake.
Some application requirements make it difficult to apply simply because the software doesn't allow for empty fields with requirements. Make sure you fill out your profile entirely to avoid this.
Too many questions without adequate explanations. I was confused as to if I needed to fill a box out or if my answer was the correct on to post the job.

Cons

Sometimes it gets stuck, when I want to return to menu.
Offline access to files, folders and divisional collateral (iPad only). All files are automatically stored locally on your iPad for offline use (iPad only).
Some technical difficulties getting things set up initially.
