Pros

My favorite aspect of this tool is that it provides analysis of user behavior leading to results that will be advantageous to the company and that will create very effective CRM strategies.
The support has been great, everybody very kind and the willing to service attitude is great.
This is a very user friendly cmms system. Not only is the support very good but the system is a very economical solution for any company.

Pros

We love MaintiMizer here at our facility. It is easy to navigate, and the customer service support is outstanding.
It is very effective in regard to summarize the costs of assets to carry out a record for each unit. It also measures the effectiveness of each individual employee.
The best part about this software is that it is user friendlyanf easy to set up. It also has a lot of nice features.

Cons

There is some functionality that is missing and can be a bit buggy. Difficult to integrate with other software.
Although the documentation is in English, the communication fails.
One feature that is missing the able to request a part or an item from inventory with out using the work orders.

Cons

Sometimes the parts search does not work. The print part of the program is set for European paper not American so printing is a pain, could have been set for 8X11 which would work for both sizes.
The biggest flaw I find in this software is that at time the menus can be very difficult to navigate.
It is so complex that someone evaluating it would have trouble unless there was someone who was familiar with it already.
