Pros and cons

This results in significant time savings and an improved overview of our spending. The real-time budget planning and overview prevents off-budget spending and enables effective resource management.
In general, the integration of different order catalogs and platforms is a great advantage. All steps from ordering to invoicing can finally be handled in one tool.
The platform is very easy and intuitive to use and is perfectly tailored to the needs of our employees.
Existing integrations can be connected within a few minutes, but we lack an interface to Sevdesk / Google chat.
If you have an experience in working with old, comprehensive but difficult and complex in implementation tools you might be missing some features.

Intuitive to use and matches the requirements of our users. Receipts are easy to find - before, we spent about 5 hours a month just searching for missing receipts. The Amazon integration allows our employees to order in their familiar interface. The integration of various order catalogs and platforms is a significant advantage. All steps, from ordering to invoicing, can be managed in one tool. Preventing expenditures outside the budget. Integration into Slack streamlines the approval workflow, saving time in our daily work routine. All processes are traceable, eliminating the tedious manual work.

Cons

No mobile version is available. The missing interface to Sevdesk/Google Chat would be appreciated.

It is very easy to start working with the tool and have the processes running. I appreciate the easy integrations and API with multiple platforms. Also you do not need very extensive knowledge to use it.

Cons

If you have an experience in working with old, comprehensive but difficult and complex in implementation tools you might be missing some features. At least for now, because Hive buy is actively developing their features.

Pros

- easy to use, self explaining (not at all comparable to traditional ERP systems)- easy setup --> didnt even take a day- nice customer support (easy to access, but only needed it once)

Cons

I would love to collaborate with other law firms who have specific APIs to their law firm software. But have to check if it is possible with Zapier.

Truly a game-changer when it comes to internal purchase (work)flows

Pros

Surely one of the biggest pros of the software is the native integration with some of the biggest merchants, i.e. Amazon, Conrad, Schäfer Shop and others. This makes it easy to set up the purchase request with the marketplaces we use anyway. Also, I love the intuitive interface when it comes to working with the software. Also, the overall workflow of budget / purchase approvals does the job as intended.

Cons

Free trial period is a bit too short when it comes to proper testing of the software. Upon contacting the support team though, this could easily be prolonged.

Keine App (Android) und der Bot in Teams hat keine gute Darstellung von Bestellungen mit mehreren Positionen, so dass man manchmal nur die letzte Position freigibt und die anderen vergisst. Hier würde ich mir bei beiden Punkten eine Verbesserung wünschen!

Die Integration mit Amazon und anderen Plattformen bietet eine nahtlose Bestellmöglichkeit, während die Echtzeit-Budgetplanung Ausgaben im Griff hält. Hivebuy ist für uns nicht nur ein Werkzeug für dezentralisierten Einkauf, sondern auch ein Schlüssel zur Eliminierung lästiger manueller Aufgaben und zur transparenten Rückverfolgbarkeit aller Prozesse. Letztlich konnte durch die tolle Bedienbarkeit der Software wirklich jeder Mitarbeiter abgeholt werden und wir haben keinerlei Maverick Buying mehr.

Cons

Sehr intuitives und einfaches Tool, sodass wir Mitarbeitern gar nicht großartig einschulen mussten, damit sie es nutzen konnten. Wir haben mit Hivebuy endlich alles digitalisiert und dadurch weniger manuelle Arbeit. Können jetzt Prozesse zurückverfolgen und es gibt keine ewige Suche nach Belegen mehr. Außerdem sind die Integrationen zu Amazon und Slack sind extrem praktisch für unsere Arbeitsabläufe.
