Pros

Pros

Helps you maintain compliance but keeps it user friendly. The inspections are easy to build and edit, and supervisors have an easy view of their team to help ensure 100% completion.
The customer service is excellent the response time for a inquiry is outstanding and the representatives are courtesy, friendly,knowledgeable and professional.
We love the ability to customize the inspection reports to fit our needs. Its ease of use that requires a minimal training session to learn how to use the application.

Cons

Cons

Driver realized his mistake but was unable to change vehicle. Now the record shows an incorrect fault on a vehicle and we have to indicate a "repair" that was not done.
This issue also falls on our drivers for being forgetful or non-observant, but auto-logout would eliminate the "oops, I didn't realize I was on another drivers account" hiccups.
I don’t like the time stamp this can put you in a bad spot if you forget.
