Pros

Great for organizing our technicians with scheduling and invoicing in the field. When we have an issue they try to help us as fast as they can with solutions.
Housecall Pro makes the communication between company and customer seamless and easy. The best part of Housecall Pro is the ability to speak with your customer within the app.
Housecall pro has excellent customer service everyone I have come in contact with has been nothing but supportive. The web team did a great job on our web page.

Pros

I have found eSPACE to be quite effective in improving communication, organization, and timely completion of facility duties. It has also helped increase corroboration and effectiveness.
I like how it resembles a server based program we used and that it is internet based. It has made our team thankful that it is like our old program EMS but not like the new program we had been using.
I love just about everything about the software, but my favorite thing is the easy to use interface along with the EXCELLENT customer support. Has been a great company to work for.

Cons

We came from a larger platform and reduced to HCP, there are many features missing from our previous software that we miss.
It was a little bit confusing that could be however because we never got taught how to use it but just figuring it out yourself it was a little difficult.
No integration with QB desktop, though I may be the only person who has that problem.

Cons

I have brought this to their attention several times, but it is not fixed. This is crucial for the work I do, and it is ridiculous that this doesn't work.
ESpace is sometimes difficult to use across a variety of different platforms and devices. Outdated devices will have trouble interfacing with it.
The calendar section of the website. Sometimes it can be confusing.
