Pros

Great for organizing our technicians with scheduling and invoicing in the field. When we have an issue they try to help us as fast as they can with solutions.
Housecall Pro makes the communication between company and customer seamless and easy. The best part of Housecall Pro is the ability to speak with your customer within the app.
Housecall pro has excellent customer service everyone I have come in contact with has been nothing but supportive. The web team did a great job on our web page.

Pros

Its simple to use and easily helps all of my staff to achieve their daily goals. Fergus has helped to systematise our work flow to ensure the best benefits for our staff and our clients.
It integrates seamlessly to Xero which has made it very simple to implement. We like the ability to track staff when required and the fact that it has a full health and safety component also.
Fergus have been very helpful. The support team are easy to get a hold off and are very good to deal with.

Cons

We came from a larger platform and reduced to HCP, there are many features missing from our previous software that we miss.
It was a little bit confusing that could be however because we never got taught how to use it but just figuring it out yourself it was a little difficult.
No integration with QB desktop, though I may be the only person who has that problem.

Cons

Email platform being used ends up in spam too much by clients, told by Fergus that this is because the platform used by Fergus is the same as many spammer's.
The inability to customise a health and safety form for staff to access on site and link to the client file. The inability to attach any general files/photos to the client rather than a specific job.
Very hard to delete or void a mistake (new business so still learning).
