Pros

Great for organizing our technicians with scheduling and invoicing in the field. When we have an issue they try to help us as fast as they can with solutions.
Housecall Pro makes the communication between company and customer seamless and easy. The best part of Housecall Pro is the ability to speak with your customer within the app.
Housecall pro has excellent customer service everyone I have come in contact with has been nothing but supportive. The web team did a great job on our web page.

Pros

The control is good, it keeps good records and tracking.
Very methodical and easy to use, very straight forward.
The best part about this software is its cloud based so I can use it from anywhere and see what is going on. It is very quick to update and see where jobs are up to at any point.

Cons

We came from a larger platform and reduced to HCP, there are many features missing from our previous software that we miss.
It was a little bit confusing that could be however because we never got taught how to use it but just figuring it out yourself it was a little difficult.
No integration with QB desktop, though I may be the only person who has that problem.

Cons

It is sometimes hard to use when mobile coverage is poor. Its not a big problem as most places have Wi-Fi now anyway.
No con, except the price. I should be paying more.
I have been using Field Magic for about 8 months and still cant create reports that I need.
