Pros

Great for organizing our technicians with scheduling and invoicing in the field. When we have an issue they try to help us as fast as they can with solutions.
Housecall Pro makes the communication between company and customer seamless and easy. The best part of Housecall Pro is the ability to speak with your customer within the app.
Housecall pro has excellent customer service everyone I have come in contact with has been nothing but supportive. The web team did a great job on our web page.

Pros

Software provided the very easy user interface features ,very easy and helpful along with the data provided is very helpful in analysis.
Its a great software , service is amazing , extremely quick response from Locus Team.
Very easy to use , user friendly , can be customized as per our requirement , very prompt and agile in solving queries , creative.

Cons

We came from a larger platform and reduced to HCP, there are many features missing from our previous software that we miss.
It was a little bit confusing that could be however because we never got taught how to use it but just figuring it out yourself it was a little difficult.
No integration with QB desktop, though I may be the only person who has that problem.

Cons

So far I have not find any feature that I dislike.
Some times it shows wrong in address for same society name.
The customisation options in LOTR app were limited.
