Pros

Great for organizing our technicians with scheduling and invoicing in the field. When we have an issue they try to help us as fast as they can with solutions.
Housecall Pro makes the communication between company and customer seamless and easy. The best part of Housecall Pro is the ability to speak with your customer within the app.
Housecall pro has excellent customer service everyone I have come in contact with has been nothing but supportive. The web team did a great job on our web page.

Pros

Love the ease of use for all users, The quick real time data, The automatic kick out on days I want of reports that are fully customizable.
This is great for tracking inventory. My company used to have to write everything down on a notepad.
Helped us cut company cost down to a fraction for what we were two years ago. Helps lower in house inventory numbers and is a great way to reorder stock.

Cons

We came from a larger platform and reduced to HCP, there are many features missing from our previous software that we miss.
It was a little bit confusing that could be however because we never got taught how to use it but just figuring it out yourself it was a little difficult.
No integration with QB desktop, though I may be the only person who has that problem.

Cons

It took me a couple of years to commit to the process because I knew how dis-organized our stock was, but our material cost are down 7% so far this year over last. Hard to argue with that.
Adding parts is time consuming, now they do have a excel addin feature but its still difficult to add in the items at times.
No real down sides yet, I found slight hiccups in the system, but had it remedied immediately.
