Pros

Great for organizing our technicians with scheduling and invoicing in the field. When we have an issue they try to help us as fast as they can with solutions.
Housecall Pro makes the communication between company and customer seamless and easy. The best part of Housecall Pro is the ability to speak with your customer within the app.
Housecall pro has excellent customer service everyone I have come in contact with has been nothing but supportive. The web team did a great job on our web page.

Pros

They configured the solution to my business and processes by simply adjusting a few settings. Praxedo support is great, responsive and caring, it is very much appreciated.
The cool thing is that my customers can make their delivery requests themselves in the Praxedo portal. It helps me save time and money and makes my customers happy.
It is very adaptable with options for customization that we can add if our needs should grow. We have received great technical support and help starting up from the Montreal team.

Cons

We came from a larger platform and reduced to HCP, there are many features missing from our previous software that we miss.
It was a little bit confusing that could be however because we never got taught how to use it but just figuring it out yourself it was a little difficult.
No integration with QB desktop, though I may be the only person who has that problem.

Cons

The only problem could be that Praxedo has no office in Belgium. But Paris not very far from Bruxelles.
We sometimes have some problems with up- or downloading the files. Unfortunately the software sometimes crashes completely.
But this is really the only one problem we found at this software.
