Streamline your workflow with Housecall Pro

It will work, but we were told how to do some "workarounds" to make it work properly... not cool at all for what should be a mature platform.

Any Non-Web Savy Person Will Pull their hair out!

So far it has helped us get a little more organized and efficient at getting tasks assigned and performed.

My overall experience is that it was good at first when you had customer support as you were learning the software. As soon as that period was over they transfer you over to chats only to be able to find solutions for situations that come up during your use. that made it impossible to fix issues. All it did was allow chat operators to copy and paste policies that they developed as they went along and made the experience very frustrating to be giving robot responses. They have obviously grown and are now forgetting about the small businesses that made their success possible, now that we made a name for them they are not interested in the small business  concerns. Which is very sad.

It's be a positive change to our business.  Overall there are some major shortcomings but some of them have been addressed through software updates and we've learned to live with others.  There is a lot of "fluff" that would be cool if it worked but as it is it just gets in the way, it should really be removed until it can be implemented into the program properly.

I was completely disappointed with them and stopped using them after they charged us for leads that where not relevant to our services and that when contacted would not pan out as leads ready to book and pay for services. TO many leads where cold or deceptive leads.  

Housecall Pro is not for the Tech Industry

It has always been MEH.....But after today I am heavily looking at getting far far FARRRR AWAY from this company!!!!! They have no care or concerns for their customers, or providing a functioning product.

I am the owner of Kelly Klean. We are a residential and commercial cleaning service and Dallas Texas. 

 When I say owner, I really mean Receptionist answering all of our frontline calls and text, as well answering our current clients calls and text messages through my personal phone. Social media director for our own website, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Angie's list,  Properly. All while working in the field, cleaning someone shower or toilet and the phone rings. Wet hands, no pen and paper, already behind schedule do I respond do I not? Honestly it was much easier not to answer the my chiming pocket, what was the train whistle one for again my email or yelp? 

I have literally been searching for five years for a system like HouseCall Pro. It was the smartest thing I could've ever done for myself, my business, my employees, and my customers.

Not anymore, I know exactly who and what it is when I hear that knock knock knock, it's HouseCall Pro and money in the bank. My business has now expanded even faster than I could've imagined. Everything is in one place altogether.

And it's not just me that loves it, my 2 other employees, (soon to be 5) new Clients and my old Clients love that we have done this.

Before HouseCallPro 'to say our office was disorganized ' is a gross understatement. 
Not only were there flaws in our scheduling system, but tracking estimates, jobs in progress, and making sure clients were billed properly consumed much of my day. And even as hard as I tried, I simply couldn't keep up with it all. 
The moment we implemented HouseCallPro, my work life changed for the better. 
All of our customers love the built in appointment reminders and texting feature to let them know when a technician is on the way. This feature also eliminates No Shows or people forgetting they've got an appointment. The program itself is easy to navigate and for the most part I was able to learn it in less than 24-hours. It is so user friendly and simple to navigate!
And if you do run into questions, one of the BEST features to this program is the live Help Chat which gives you a direct link to the three designers of the program. And they are awesome guys who are always extremely helpful (and fun ) to talk to when you need assistance. 
Now that we're headed into our busiest season as a fireplace/chimney company, I'm really seeing the enormous difference this program has made in our daily operations. We rarely have client confusion over scheduled appointments and all our invoices are being paid on time.

It works for what we need.  Overall not too bad

We enjoy using HCP.  There the best we've used by far, and we've used camelot and servicemonster.   The Mastermind was helpful and we get the feeling they overall care and are out there to make us better.  Our clients rave about the omw's and finishes communication.  I love texting through the app  (although I wish you could see/use that from the desktop).  It simply makes us look more professional and it usually works... which is more than I can say about other services.

They utilize a chat bubble on their website for support and have little to no way of escalating a problem to speak with someone. The implementation of new features comes fast and furious.

The estimate tool and proposal tool are awesome the scheduling integration works great and my book keeper uses it as well with the quick books integration.

When your account ask for that information you will not be able to provide that to them. You will eat that loss on your tax filing.
