Maybe it's just me but occasionally I have trouble finding old invoices or jobs. Also sometimes when I enter an item to go on the invoice it disappears after entering more items.

Pretty good for my small team

Pros

Scheduling window is customizable so it can go 3 or even 4 hour window. I can have my answering service book appointments for me on my website Love the integrations

Cons

That you cannot sub out work and keep track of percentages. For that their competitors are Workiz formerly known as Send a job I would love to see them develop something like this, even utilizing their hcp community that as of now u can reccomend or send jobs too but they get all the customers info... They need to have a system wer I send a mass notification with customer zip code and preferred times and if it works with ther schedule they click accept. It should be able to mask phone number of client and pros so ur clients dont get stolen and u can also be able to track percentages
