Pros

Great for organizing our technicians with scheduling and invoicing in the field. When we have an issue they try to help us as fast as they can with solutions.
Housecall Pro makes the communication between company and customer seamless and easy. The best part of Housecall Pro is the ability to speak with your customer within the app.
Housecall pro has excellent customer service everyone I have come in contact with has been nothing but supportive. The web team did a great job on our web page.

Pros

Then they want to charge you for any additional training - which in my opinion if you want your software to be used fully and to its best and highest use, you should offer the training for free.
I would also like to see some of the daily/monthly reporting be easier to access as well as more eye appealing. Overall, I'm glad that I got this software.
I like the program but there is so many easy things they could change to make it more user friendly.

Cons

We came from a larger platform and reduced to HCP, there are many features missing from our previous software that we miss.
It was a little bit confusing that could be however because we never got taught how to use it but just figuring it out yourself it was a little difficult.
No integration with QB desktop, though I may be the only person who has that problem.

Cons

Complicated, Difficult, UNuser-Friendly, Poor and Insufficient Training.
And the guilt I feel about not using everything it has to offer.
Not always the easiest to get it to do what you need it to do, but the updates that are made to the software have repaired most of the problems I had with the software.
