Pros

My customers are also super happy because HP tells them when something is scheduled and allows them to interact with us. More engaged clients mean happy clients that may spend more.
I love this software, I cannot thank the pros at housecall enough for introducing me to this product. The fee is very affordable and it has everything that I need to run my business daily.
I just like the ease of use and the organization of it. Keeps me organized and helps me accomplish more.

Pros

Upkeep is great at helping us compile our facility management information in one central location that is easily accessible to different users in ways that are suitable for them.
The tracking for the work orders is super convenient and thorough and allows for reporting to be super easy and helps track problem areas or where money should be spent.
This software is a fantastic tool for monitoring assets, organizing work orders, and preparing your squad's schedule.

Cons

They utilize a chat bubble on their website for support and have little to no way of escalating a problem to speak with someone. The implementation of new features comes fast and furious.
We reluctantly renewed for one more year because of the hassle of yet another transition, and I can certainly say it has proved to be a mistake and regret.
When your account ask for that information you will not be able to provide that to them. You will eat that loss on your tax filing.

Cons

In some areas there are connection issues with no or limited internet/phone signals. This is an issue when uploading and even some data as been lost.
I have to admit, sometimes the error is on our end and it is going to junk mail.
It has been difficult to learn the use of upkeep. I believe that a mandatory intro training should be required when a new user is to use upkeep.

I can access this software from my Ipad or Iphone or via compputer. It hlelps me to view incentory and fleet maintenance needs

Cons

still has some limitations even with the pro subscription. The file system is kind of hard to imput into vehicle info

Organization and efficiency.

Pros

The ease of use is the biggest pro about UpKeep. The program is very easy to navigate overall. Additionally, there are several informational/training videos accessible on YouTube.

Cons

Customer Service has not been as speedy as we had wished. Our company ran into a problem of disappearing data within UpKeep. Their customer service team always responds in a timely manner and ensures that any problem will be fixed quickly. Although their response was quick, their actual fix took far too long. I completely understand that this is a newer program, still in the early stages as the company was founded in 2014 I believe, so there was no hard feelings on our end. In fact, our company was happy to present problems with the program to their customer service team because it is good to get all of the bugs out early!

Property Maintenance Software Perfection!

Managing maintenance request/work orders input by tenants, and scheduling recurring maintenance/work orders for regular property maintenance, inspections, etc.

Pros

The interface and dashboard is extremely intuitive and easy to learn and use. That is one of the biggest challenges with any software, finding a solution that actually has a user-friendly interface that is like second nature to use. This company clearly has expertise in software and user design, because it basically looks and works the way your brain would when managing maintenance requests. They literally...

Cons

Nothing, except of course as most things - wish it was free for the pro account. But companies have to make money! So nothing to really complain about.

Great product, great service, great price.

At a former employer, we used a similar work order system that had half the features of UpKeep, and twice the cost. I was amazed to discover how much we got for so little.

Pros

The biggest pro is the functionality. All of our inventory, work orders, assets, schedules, and meters are all included in one app. The account setup is very flexible and affordable. Customer Support responds instantly and resolves any issue that arises, though few issues have occurred.

Cons

When the product was new, there were a few issues with training staff to use it. As the product developed, it became easier for our techs to navigate. Other than initial training, we haven't had any problems.
